I’m gluten sensitive — the gluten free crust is my favorite that I’ve found so far! The texture and sweet flavor remind me of corn bread, I like that it’s more fluffy and soft than cauliflower crust (which is my favorite thin crust/cracker-like texture). I think there is corn dust on the bottom or something — either way, texture and flavor wise it’s delicious. It’s slightly sweet flavor pairs really well with pineapple and jalapeño toppings. I like getting bacon on it too…gluten free pizzas usually taste better with meat for the extra fat/flavor.

I don’t give 5 star’s very often but I wanted HH pizza Sunday May 8th 2022 and since we don’t have one in traverse city I stopped by here and got some on my back from being downstate in Detroit. and after driving 1 1/2 back from Clare to TC it was still good. Well Worth it

I come here about 3 or 4 times a year when I am in town and this is the only pizza place I eat at. Friendly and helpful. Always clean. and it’s close to the laundry mat. And that is even better

Ordered 2 pizza off momz phone at 730 called at 9 pm to b told closed I only live across the street not eating there anymore I feel like they Ben playing with my food negatively like u all have some grudge against me like as if you were trying to make me miss dinner on purpose

I like Hungy Howies pizza no question about that but please change your hours on the internet. And I work late so closing at 8pm sunday- Thursday and 9 on Friday and Saturday is kinda early. Then when I do call and the internet says your open. The help there is kinda rude over the phone. So please do something to change this. Simple change your hours on Google

Not only is the pizza better than most chains, and arguably the best in Clare, the customer service is amazing. From calling to make sure we heard them knock because it was raining and we had a porch delivery to hooking me up with a TON of paper plates in Christmas Eve because I realized I’d forgotten to buy some for Christmas snacks, they really come through.
