Customer service is terrible. I was picking up a door dash and left my bag in my car and she wouldn’t give me a new one at first. The lady giving me the order was completely unprofessional. I asked for a bag and she told me to “get your story straight next time”. I called to speak to a manager only to find out that the lady speaking like that was the manager. While on the phone she told me to “get a real job” I will NEVER return to this establishment again even if it is for a door dash. Very sad to see a ‘manager’ acting like that just because they have superiority.

come to this location quite a bit and I have never had an issue. The staff is always extremely polite and helpful. I have never had an order messed up. I have never had a long wait time to get my food it is always ready on time. This is definitely one of the best hungry Howies locations that I have been to.

Grateful they were open before noon on Sunday. Needed to feed 36 people last minute. Just an FYI 5 pizzas does not feed 36 people. Food is always great.

Talked to the manager, was very very rude while picking up an order, she insisted I get my story straight about a DoorDash bag and afterward I called asking for the manager. Unfortunately it was the same woman who spoke to me so un-kind. Basically told me to screw off and insisted she did nothing wrong. Never going back.

I like the staff at the Midland hungry Howie’s, I sent my son in to get the pizza he’s 13, n when he came back to the car, he said mom the dude in there is really chill, Gave him sweet tips for his new video game! Lol but needless to say, he was super stoked by the service!
