Food was good. But the reason I’m only giving 1 star, is that they double charged my venmo account. In total my order was $33.37, and I had just enough in my account to pay for it , but they charged me again a second time the next day, so now my venmo account has a negative balance of -$33.37. Use caution from when ordering online for delivery.

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I needed to. I don’t understand how you have your own drivers but you reach out to door dash to help with deliveries. I for one hate the DD service, they are always late because either they get to the place whenever they want or they do other orders before getting to me. I’m doing so my order gets cooled off and I for one do not enjoy the DD service.

Best hungry howie’s in the area. I’ve been a big howie fan since I was a kid and I can confirm this is the best hungry Howies’s location in the Lansing area. They are open late too and the staff are super friendly. Love the lake Lansing hungry howie’s.

I ordered the mix and match deal and when I arrived I was told I can’t use my discount by the general manager, that I always receive. I complied and received my food and left. When I got home I opened my bread and this is what they gave me. They burnt the cinnamon and the bread and still allowed it to be serve. The general manager made a big deal about me paying the extra $1 without both coupons but served me this. This is unacceptable from a service standpoint

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They have excellent customer service. They threw in extra wings and ranch for us when our order accidentally got placed wrong. They were very prompt and we didn’t have to wait very long to get our food.
