This location charges a $6.99 delivery fee for delivering pizza that is 0.7 miles away. Yes, I could pick it up, but sometimes I can’t. This fee is ridiculous for those that live close.

I swear, every time I order from here it is wrong….. tonight i ordered a thin crust ham and pineapple and received a regular crust. Usually it would not be a huge deal but I live in webberville and would never chose this over the williamston one. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice tonight….. I wish that I could have ordered from the other one, they rarely get it wrong

Poor quality at a high price. We just moved into the area. The first time we ordered, it was, meh, just okay. We figured, maybe it depended on the time of day. So, this time we ordered around 7pm, hoping the quality would be at its best. Thought, pizza, a movie, and an awesome Family Night! Nope. One pizza has hardly any cheese, and the toppings look like they just fell onto it. The other pizza looks like it fell onto the toppings and then just gave up. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Was told by their “call center” to meet them in 15 minutes at a certain location because they do not deliver out where we live. We thought that was kinda odd so we asked if they could be ready that quick and they replied they could. After driving to location of where we are agreed upon, and waiting 40 minutes my wife called in and got through to the actual store. We were told that the driver just got back back and they were on their way. I called in 15 minutes after my wife talked to them and the manager told me that he “just talked to my wife,” and that he had no control on what the call center told us. I stated, “they are part of your company and they’re representing them poorly,” and he Continued to say they have no control on what they tell customers. I’ve been sitting waiting over an hour now and no one has showed up. I ended up leaving and my wife called in to cancel the order. This place needs to work on their customer service badly. Again, I would never recommend this place nor order from here again. Horrible service

I like Hungry Howies usually don’t have a bad experience but last night my girlfriend ordered two pizzas for drop off and they said it would be about 90 minutes as we where watching tv and waiting on our pizza she decided to check her app after about 75 minutes the pizza was dropped off after about 60 minutes and sat in the rain for 15 minutes or longer since we where told it would be about 90 minutes we assumed it wouldn’t be here. I appreciate that it was early but since we where told 90 minutes it sat in the cold rain boxes where soaked and the pizza was un eatable soggy and cold. When pizza is dropped off early a phone call or heads up would of been nice as we don’t always look to track our food when delivery time is not as quoted
