Sat on hold for 20 min and never picked up. Called the Wyoming branch and they answered in less than a minute. If you don’t want our business then at least pickup and tell us. I come from a fast food background and even on holidays, the customer always came first. We’d pickup the phone and at least acknowledge

I love their pizza . Today I want to try one of their chicken soup .and i meal sure NO bacon add .. they get first time wrong . And I went back and I was already halfway. So they were so happy to help and they give me a cookies .but they still get my orders Wrong aging . I opened the soup and it has bacon too .. and I waited there for them to fixed or but yup they still get it wrong again

After waiting for 35 minutes inside the store, I find out the pizzas were burnt. Horrible. Avoid this location. And no, “Howard”, I won’t give your trashy restaurant another chance. Why would I? I have no reason to want burnt, cold pizza… Which is all your location is able to provide.

While waiting for my food I noticed the cashier who just touched my cash and gave me back change, start to make food. Her hands just touched filthy money and boom no gloves dipping her whole hand into the toppings one by one. Gross. She also was wearing her winter coat and ear muffs which she kept touching in between making food. Super unprofessional place. Gave me my pizza before the rest of my order so the pizza got cold. Won’t be back.

I frequent this location and for reason the customer service is super inconsistent. They have failed me 3 times already, once more this evening. Delivered order is wrong, super greasy with horrible presentation. Not to mention I was quoted 45 mins. It didn’t arrive until over 1 hour and 20 mins later. So I’m still hungry. $56 with no contact delivery charge placed at 3:15pm. It is now 5pm and we’re still waiting. Originally said 45 min. We called back at 4:12 since the system said it was on its way 20 min ago and then says order complete…we live 1.5 minutes away! Manager said because of shift change they give the driver multiple orders to deliver on their way home!?!?!? After another 20 minutes had to call back to find out they hadn’t checked with the driver!?! Then said they were going to make it fresh but it’ll be another 45 minutes and couldn’t switch it to me picking up because of how their system works and that they’re waiting on another driver? No offer of the food free or even discounted was made?? So basically on paper..this transaction looks like it was pretty on par because of the limited paper trail! (SHADY) 5:27PM FOOD JUST ARRIVED!! About 2hrs and 15 minutes later! Again WE’RE 1.5 MINUTES AWAY!

I am a regular at hungry howies on burton UNFORTUNATELY my husband ordered at this one and it was my worst experience ever! When ordering I asked for light ranch, my sub had more ranch than meat and I expressed that to the worker in which I got “well maybe whoever makes the sub didn’t see it” and refused my refund. I then asked well I ordered 3 other items here I no longer want the sub can I just put the cost towards my larger order in which he still said “no I can’t do that” very rude and even used a racial slur towards my husband and I. Also the food was cold and when we told him that he said “so this sub is cold but this is hot” in a snobby manner which we only tried ONE sub. Horrible service, horrible people. I sent the report to corporate as well very unacceptable. Do not eat here

Ordered online last night, the pizza came quicker than the estimated time they gave me and after seeing reviews I was very pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was. Definitely going to the top of the list of places I’ll order from again if the quality stays as good as it was with my first order from here.
