I’ve eaten at this location since it opened years back, I stopped and ordered a pizza to take home and it was made quickly. My only issue was it smelled so good when I brought it in the house and set it on the stove to cool off that the overwhelming smell of delicious pizza woke my daughter up and she stole some of my pizza I planned on eating myself!!

We decided to try This place based off of other reviews and wanting to expand our pizza restaurants. We ordered the specials 2 medium pizzas and than barbecue bone in wings with homies cheese bread. We live abt 15 mins away and have to say everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back I’m a regular bases. The gentleman that worked there tonight was so nice and helpful and was excited when we told him it was our first time here. He even wrote thank you on the box definitely a nice touch. Please try this place if you are looking for a good affordable pizza. Our order total was less than $26 and feed 3 people but we had left overs still lol

Since I moved to this area I’ve ordered from here 9 times, so it’s needless to say I’m a fan of this pizza place. But, the past two times I’ve ordered the taste has been off. I don’t know what it is, but it’s making me wonder if something has changed, or if I’m unlucky and getting old ingredients.

Conveniently located at 1604 and Bandera. We ordered the Chef Salad and a Howie Special. It’s kinda like a supreme pizza. We order it with extra sauce and a garlic parm crust. The salad was made with fresh ingredients as was the pizza. We will return.

So I mistakely thought that the delivery lady was trying to trick me into giving her a second tip. Everything was paid for on-line including tip. At delivery, she gave a slip to sign with a blank tip line. I told her the tip and food was already paid for online. She said, “Ok; you just need to sign.” I thought she was trying to pull something and get another tip. I couldn’t have been WRONG! I spoke with the apologetic owner, and it turns out that this has been a reoccurring issue/computer glitch that has been brought to the attention of corporate a couple of weeks ago. Apparently corporate does not understand the urgency, harassing phone calls, and loss of customers this needed repair has caused. Some customers won’t call to ask about the “tip” issue, or in my case complain, they’ll just become lost future business. Hungry Howie’s corporate needs to get it together.

Just had my first order from Hungry Howie’s and it was great! I love that they offer No Crust “Pizza” bowls for those of us avoiding refined carbs, so I ordered a Meat Lovers with added bacon and mushrooms and was not disappointed. Even the smaller serving is sufficient for 2 or even 3 servings because the meal is so hearty. Will definitely be returning!

Just moved to this side of town and decided to order Howie’s for dinner. The delivery came 20 minutes earlier than estimated and the delivery driver was very friendly and nice!! Pizza was hot and delicious and fairly priced. Will order again soon!

Been eating pizza here since it opened, on a recommendation from a friend. I have to say, I’ve tried pizza many places and this one has to be the best. I like that they give options on light sauce. Would love an olive oil/garlic substitute for sauce and also green olives for a topping choice. The toppings are so fresh too. Also, I just love the sesame crust, it’s so delicious! The only thing I would add is to bring back the soda with the lunch special. That was a treat!
