I have ordered my gluten free pizzas here probably 4 times in the past but tonight was a complete joke. We ordered 2 pizzas and the guy said 20 min. After 15min I checked, they hadn’t even started my 2 pizzas and they said another 10 min so came back in 10 min they said another 7 min came back they still hadn’t even started. Waited another 12 to 15 min and my friend complained and the manager or one of the guys working there was rude said I don’t care and my friend said we should get at least one of these free he said NO and I get home and the pizza is burnt. I’m so upset and disgusted by how we not only had to wait but we were treated with complete disrespect and the pizza was burnt.

The best of the best pizza ever, this gentleman was working by himself, super busy, a huge order ahead of us and we just ordered there, he had ours to perfection in less than 15 mins I sware he a superhero without the cape. I did not catch the young man’s name but my day was already long and tiring, I just wanted to grab some eats, go back to casino, have a drink and wind down, this guy’s made mine a realty and I hit almost 300 that night on the slots. Highly recommend this location fast,friendly and awesome great service. 5 stars hands down. Best pizza in town

Food and service was good. I had never ordered from here before so I sat outside the store for a long time because their pizza tracker said it was still in the process. I finally went in 25 minutes after getting there and it was done and in the warmer. I asked about the tracker and he said “oh yeah that has been broke for 3 years”. Good to know going forward lol

I ordered a pizza for me and few co-workers and the pizza was expected to be delivered with in 40 mins when it arrived it was cold and very messy. I was disappointed on the look of it as if they rushed to make. I usually always order hungry Howie’s.. maybe I’ll think twice before ordering again here

I ordered last night and got a call immediately that there were no drivers. I tried again tonight for redemption and go no call or anything. They just reversed the charge and the tracker was left on ‘make’ for an hour. I tried calling and got a message that they were closed. Unprofessionalism at it’s finest.

Pizza was partially burned but the breadsticks was doughy. We tried calling the store. The automated system kept us on eternal hold so the call center tried helping us by calling the store mgr – no answer. Sad, that there is no way to reach a mgr. Next time, I will read the reviews and avoid ordering here again.

Ordered $75 in food for delivery. 90 minutes later no updates, called and spent 30 minutes on hold. Drove to store to pick up food. Delivery guy showed up after me. Food was very mediocre – jacks frozen tastes better 🙁

Ordered online for a scheduled delivery. Called 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time because my order had not arrived. Was told “I don’t know what to tell you, we’re busy.” The order finally arrived 45 minutes late, wrong. (Supposed to be stuffed crust, well done – they overcooked the cookie and the pics of the pizza are self explanatory) Gave feedback online. No reply, no attempt at resolution. Poor quality, poor customer service, first and last experience with this business.
