8/10 times, when we order during their dinner time rush, we get pizza delivered and its severely undercooked. See thru bottom crust and gooey dough! We called and they argued with us then said they would remake it but WE would have to come pick it us.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with this particular location. The first incident, I had ordered delivery. The delivery driver was unable to find my apartment, and I had to meet her outside, where she had forgotten a lot of what I had ordered and proceeded to give me a garlic butter cup that she said she was originally “going to use, but only opened it a little”.

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I don’t care how good the food is. I had placed a order and they said 45 mins, a hour goes by with no food so I called and they said another 20 mins. I asked to speak to the manager but she obviously didn’t care cause it’s not her business. So I canceled the order and while doing so there was no apology no sympathy or anything. Won’t be ordering here anymore

I’m not sure what I just ate! lol Wow.. okay…I ALWAYS start craving food just as all my favorite places are closing. Tonight was no different and al my go to places were closed. Choices now are limited to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Denny’s, Dominoes… was’t feeling it tonight. So did a google search for pizza open late near me… Hungry Howie’s pops up and they are open until 12 AM!! I took a chance tonight and just went for it even with the mediocre reviews here.

I was helped by an employee named Santiago, he was there by himself and was still managing to get me and some other customers taken care of. The reason I put 2 stars is because there was no one else there to help him. Hopefully Santiago gets a raise for his work ethic!!
