Visited the location after an order mix-up over Christmas holiday. Pizza ordered via call center, paid with credit card, and pizza never arrived. After four (4) phone calls, we were able to get the issue resolved and the pizzas. Alexis was extremely helpful with each call and truly changed an awkward situation into a positive. The pizzas were perfectly made and tasted great! Will visit again but will pick up in-person

You’re kidding, right? Your peoria location has a manager that told me to go eff myself when I called to find out where our pizza was after almost an hour and 45 minutes of a kid’s soccer team waiting and waiting to where some left without eating. I was on speakerphone when inquiring so she said that in front of a bunch of little kids. Then she called the driver to tell him, and he laughed when he got to my house and told me she had called him and said I was “one of those people”. I’m not sure if she meant Mexican or a concerned parent, but yes I am both of those people and Hungry Howie’s should have fired her but she’s still there so no thank you on your pizza offering.

Called to place an order and discovered they use an India call center. What, ordering pizza outsources to a call center!?! Decided to take our chances and place an order anyway, confirming multiple times that we were picking up off Bell near Sun City/Surprise area. Arrived at Hungry Howie’s and as expected they did not have our order. Couple of hours later I received a call from a different Hungry Howie’s asking if I was picking up the pizza. Explained I had no idea where the order was, I had a hard time understanding the person taking the order and no we had made other plans for dinner so would not be picking up the pizzas. I cannot even begin to understand outsourcing a pizza order. The local girl that called to see if we were going to pick up the order was very pleasant and not surprised by the confusion.

These guys make the best pizza around still! Only problem I’ve had was this morning. Young guy on camera walked across my yard, stuck ad in my door and then left stepping on two sprinkler heads. That will cost me time and material to repair. Wish they would use the sidewalk or simply stay away and I’ll do a pick up order.
