The pizza was ok.. It was flavorful but it’s too hard to ignore that it was under cooked. The dough wasn’t done and we thought it was because of the type of pizza we ordered but was reminded that it was a regular menu item.. So it wasn’t out fault. The company’s pretty good at not making this kind of mistake so I’m not really complaining just hate that I had to throw away most of the pie.

I placed an order of large breadsticks last night, for my nephew and niece and myself. They were not good. I was not able to take them back the same night because of the distance. After work today I attempted to bring them back. I was told by Dylan (the manager/ who did not have name take on) that he could not replace an order that was made on a previous day. He also looked at me as if I was lying. I asked him for a number for Hungry Howies he said “I don’t have a number for Hungry Howies.” I am very disappointed with this Hungry Howies location.

I love hungry Howie’s food and I always get super service although this time is different. Placed my tip online ahead of time 30% for a steak sandwich and noticed when I got halfway home that there was no lettuce or tomato what they call a sub set. I called and they said it should be in the box and well obviously I’m not calling unless it wasn’t. By the way when I went there my meal was the only one under the heat lamps so it wasn’t like they didn’t have time to get the order right. they never offered me any compensation for my troubles and I asked if I could grab a Coke and they said that no I could only get a small kids Coke which won’t even fit in my cupholder. Needless to say I was not very happy and told them I thought I tip them for good work and didn’t receive it but they had nothing to say. I’m writing about my experience so you know do not tip until you are completely satisfied, then when you’re satisfied then tip if they deserve it. M.P.

Been ordering from here (best HH in town) for the last several years exclusively. Tonight it was 45 mins before closing and I placed an order. It took the money from my bank but order (supposedly) never went through. I asked for a number to call to get money back and they (well… one woman) were extremely rude and refused. Far as I’m concerned, they stole like 25 bucks from me. DO NOT GO HERE. Edit: just confirmed with my bank’s fraud department that the charge was from this location’s merchant ID. Now I will wait to see if the authorization falls off. If it goes through, my bank said they will work with law enforcement on this.

So some corporate yahoo probably looking at an excel spreadsheet in some plush office decided they could save a dime by not taking orders over the phone and thereby throwing out the only thing they really have to sell – customer service. Hungry Howard pizza ain’t all that – little Caesar’s, papa John’s, Pizza Hut – all good. It was very convenient to leave the fields and call in to pick up a pizza on my way home – I called today and they would not take my order – you have to go online and order, or go to the store order and wait. They lost my business – hopefully yours too. Customer service is a lost art and in the interest of saving a dime, hungry Howies is turning away people who just want to spend some money with them because they can’t be bothered to talk with another human being. Guess relationships mean nothing to them- I should be buying local pizza from someone who cares anyway. Thanks for pointing that out hungry howies.
