The doordash driver arrived with only wings. The dasher called the store and informed them of what happened and provided the order number. After being left on hold for 5 mins, I called the store myself to inform them of what occurred and that my dasher was standing next to me on hold. I was then placed on hold for 10 mins, which was more than enough time to drive to the store. I informed the store manager of the situation and was met with a response of “you were actually on hold for 9 minutes” as I reminded the store manager that I was STILL on hold with the phone in my hand. Terrible customer service, and incompetent management. I enjoy Hungry Howies, but will take my business as well as my friends and family to other locations in Tallahassee whilst avoiding 1944 W Pensacola St location at all costs.

Pancake Booty
I’ve been coming here every Wednesday for a few months. I only order a breaded chicken salad and each time I receive the salad made totally wrong. I ask for no cucumbers or tomatoes and its always full of cucumbers and tomatoes. Today, my breaded chicken salad was full of ham and 6 chunks of chicken…what?! I will never order from this particular Hungry Howies again. Btw, I place my order online every week. Extremely easy to read the ticket and make my salad correctly.

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of time and it was STILL 20 min late. Food was lukewarm and too greasy to eat when it finally arrived. HH is using Doordash now to deliver, and don’t accept any responsibility for the order after it’s out the door. Submitted two complaints through corporate site and have yet to hear back.

Everytime we come here it’s always a good experience. The foods usually ready, always hot and delicious. The veggie thin crust is our favorite. However their wings need real improvement. To be honest the wings taste like frozen store bought Tyson type wings and only come in 1 flavor which is hot and bland. So we usually skip them but it was a kids party and we spent well over $100. I recommend you come here for the great pizza, wonderful bread sticks or cheese bread but if you’re getting wings and pizza try Pizza Hut cause Papa John’s has yhe same wing problem too.

I eat hungry howies once a week from blountstown to Tallahassee and back to the beach. This one doesn’t do well done pizzas, order flavor crust and it’s non existent will never be back to this one. Terrible location with terrible food

Order a small salad & when I opened.. sitting on top is HAIR not only is this disgusting but it looks as if the meat had fallen onto the floor & staff picked it up & place onto the salad anyways because trash ( something small & white like paper was as attached to the hair/meat entanglement.. I love the food from here. The problem is, I put in an order for delivery this evening. I received a phone call a couple minutes later telling me that they don’t deliver on my street because they were robbed. I asked when this started and was told two days ago. I ordered delivery and received my order from them YESTERDAY. Even have my billing statement to prove it. Something shady is going on at this place and they are going to lose a lot of business. We’ll also see how long it takes them to refund my order and my overly generous tip.
