I placed my order at 9:48pm. I called at 10:07 to try and add a marinara sauce, someone told me my order was already out for delivery. 10:40pm I called back and asked where my order was and told them about the previous call. He disregarded everything I said and said he would add the marinara sauce. I asked him was my order still in the store and he told me yes. I asked him if it had just came out of the oven and he also told me yes to that question. It is not 11:00pm and unbelievably I am still waiting. Completely ridiculous.

Not good pizza from them yesterday evening (Monday feb 07). When I tried to pick up a piece of pizza, I wasn’t able to. It was so squishy and limp. It was impossible to even hold. My partner and I had one bite each. Waste of $25.

Ordered the pepperoni whaky Wednesday and they dumped salt all over the pizza. Tried to eat a couple of slices and tasted nothing but salt. It’s definitely the worst pizza I had in my life because I couldn’t eat it. Ended up throwing it away.

The best delivered pizza I have ever ate. The delivery driver was kind, polite, and well spoken. I usually don’t order delivery because of the wait and living in Beulah you tend to get cold pizza; not from here!!!! I did have an issue with one pizza upon delivery and when calling and speaking with the manager Christy she resolved the issue quickly. I love business that takes care of their customers, plus there cheese is so much better than the cheese anywhere else. 100% Mozzarella

Ordered food at 5:50pm, order said it was out for delivery at 6:40pm. Called the store at 7:10pm asking where the order was and they said it was out for delivery and hung up on me. Called again at 7:30pm and asked for a manager. The manager asked for the employee to ask me what it was about because he was busy. Manager finally took the call and claims the order never went out because of confusion with the driver and all he could do would be is remake it and it would be about another hour. When i asked if he could discount it for the issue, he claimed he couldn’t and all he could do is give us a cookie or a 2 litter. When i said just refund it, he was dead set on giving us a cookie for our issues and remaking the order. Not sure how you make an order and forget to send it out. Also the manager I talked to didn’t even want to give me his name, not sure if he was even a manager. He sounded clueless on how to handle the issue and didn’t even seem like he cared and seriously thought a cookie was going to solve the issue. At this point, i don’t think we will be ordering again. We have been a long time customer but last few times the service has just been horrible. I understand mistakes happen but its how you handle the mistake is whats gonna keep your customers. I’ve noticed over the phone people don’t like giving names and like to just hang up on you.

Used to love food but in the last year the food hasn’t agreed with me too good. Did not get any better I have realized. Not too impressed with owner/owners changes. The service is great. Delivery driver’s are excellent and deserve better tips and treatment from other customers though. The atmosphere is kind of blah in the store. Not very comfortable the last time I was there. Not cozy.

I always get thin crust pizza with either garlic butter crust or just the butter crust… this time we picked up a large Maui Howie and added mushrooms it was pretty good, but I think next time I’ll request more pineapple. Some slices had very little to no pineapple on them. Love Hungry Howie’s pizza the best.

Service was definitely not on point, it was bad. The worst part is they charged me 6$ over and if I wouldn’t had said anything they might have not fixed it. They said they would reimburse in a couple of days which is wrong. I called to order for delivery. The clerk had trouble understanding me constantly and was unsure if they delivered to my address which was just more than a mile away. At the end the clerk hung up without stating the estimated wait time. I know this is definitely not a fancy restaurant but they missed way to many basic things and service should always be number one. About the food itself, pizza and bread was delicious, I would say better than Papa Johns which used to be my favorite chain pizza.
