Staff is understanding and really nice to deal with, even though I ordered my pizza online pretty close to when they were about to close, (I didn’t realize it was that late) but they still went out of their way to take care of me and did it with a smile! This place has great customer service and has always done excellent on all my orders!

The place is a chaos. Oders were taking forever, people were leaving the place asking for their money back. Other were returning back complaining of wrong orders. All the happened as I waited 50 min for 2 simple pizzas. I’m Not one to compliant and that’s why I waited 50 min.

This location is wonderful and always on top of things! The phone person who takes the orders is definitely not in a the Pensacola store so that has caused an issue in the past. But other than that 10/10!

Estimated a 45 min delivery and arrived 1.5 hrs after I called the store. The pizza subs were cold with soggy dough!!! Howie Bread.. they forgot the Parmesan Cheese & Garlic Butter- we received cooked dough. Last but not least.. the perforated cardboard tabs from the pizza boxes were served with our food.

Had one pizza with asiago crust and loaded with many veggies and meats, one with garlic butter crust and extra cheese. Both were very good, but we are partial to the Asiago crust. Went back and got both pizzas with Asiago crust 3 days later. Added wings and antipasto salads. Salad were very good, Wings seemed to have blackened seasoning, to spicy for us, I’m sure others love them.

Ordered 2 sub from here and they were so burnt the were inedible. The manger did credit to the account but the other employees had a dont care attitude. Had to go buy another dinner from a different resturant was scared of what they might do to the food if they sent new out. This used to be a good location but the quality has gone downhill
