I can honestly say I would not order a pizza from anyone else . These guys and gals work hard to give you and me the best food. I love their pizza and subs . I have never had bad service or bad food and I have been a customer since they opened back when . I love the garlic butter crust and they don’t skimp on the toppings. You have to try their food, it will leave you wanting more .

Foods good, I enjoy the food. However, I do not like the fact I can’t get a delivery to my house. I bought a house in Heritage Plantation which is technically a Laurel Hill address but I’m literally 6.8 miles away, about 10 minutes. I’m closer to Crestview than I am to Laurel Hill. If I try to order online, it tells me there are no stores near my address so I called to ask if they deliver to me, I was told no because we were too far out. But my neighbor across the street gets deliveries all the time, so we asked the driver last time we saw him how they’re able to get deliveries if we’re “too far” and he seemed confused. We told him our situation and he said he would write our address down at the store so hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

We LOVE the north end store! They are always on top of things. The pizza is always perfect and the employees are always pleasant. We’ve always loved HH pizza, but this location on N Ferdon is rocking it! Keep up the good work guys. It doesn’t go unnoticed. 🙂

So, I was brought to tears in a good way just now by Hungry Howies and our wonderful delivery guy. I wish I knew his name so I could give him his credit but he’s the younger gentleman who always delivers to my address.. anyway he remembered me explaining to him previously that my autistic son is a huge HH fan that’s why we order so often and today surprised my little man with a HH T shirt. He immediately put it on and is celebrating around my house eating pizza wearing his new shirt. I cannot thank you guys enough, especially the amazing delivery man aka my sons favorite person! You’re truly great for that. Thank you SO much.

I just have to say i love this place and i have never had a complaint about this place untill today when we oder pizza and look how we got it. We are very disappointed because this has never happend i think the driver was irresponsible and way off his game today we are not happy with the service today and as much as we buy from here its a shame.

Ordered online, order didn’t go through. Called to place order and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Not only was the order not ready when we arrived, we were told they lost part of our order, specifically 2 salads. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes and was offered no apology or anything else for the inconvenience and pizza was cold and half cut! In fact when I asked to speak to the manger he sent the employee back to ask what our complaint was. This was our first and last time ever patronizing this location. I should have taken heed to the previous negative reviews. Lesson learned.

Gone downhill! When they first opened, the food was excellent and the delivery times were quicker than expected. The last two times I ordered the food was not very good and delivery took quite a bit longer than they estimated. Today I decided to try them again. I ordered 2 pizzas and they said the wait time was 75 minutes. An hour and 50 minutes after I ordered I called the store to get the status of my order and they informed me that the order was suspicious so they cancelled it! WHAAAATTTT!?!? Then they told me they only have 2 drivers so they could make it but don’t know how long it would take to arrive. I am so angry. I will never order from them again.
