My daughter wanted change for the toy machines in the lobby while we waited for our pizza. We sent her to the counter with a dollar to get change. The guy working couldn’t open the drawer and walked out to his car and brought her at least $1.50 in quarters for her dollar. That was awesome of him! He could have easily told her that he couldn’t open the drawer.

Placed order at 7:37 p.m., then it was on its way at 7:50, but did not show up until 8:30 p.m. I live less than 2 minutes behind the pizza place. I called twice, once at 8:10 pm, and again at 8:25. I even offered to pick it up myself, and was told “no, he’s leaving now”.

Was in the area visiting and stopped by this place as we don’t have one where we live. First thing I noticed walking in was how clean this place was. Usually if I stop by a restaurant and its dirty I won’t even give it a chance. I was politely greeted by the young tall gentleman who seemed to be the manager. Everyone was courteous and were running the place extremely efficiently. I was amazed at how quickly they were going through orders. The pizza was amazing and so was the steak sub. Will definitely hit this place up again next time we are here.

Beware! If you are requesting a delivery the website may send order to different Hungry Howies and you will never receive your meal. Was told if the HH’s that should deliver is not available the website automatically sends to next location. There is no way of knowing until you question where your food is or the other restaurant calls you stating your order is cancelled if you don’t pick it up. Customer Service has no resolution. Great pizza but not worth the hassle!
