My order was 2 hours late, The manager blamed me for a miscommunication when in fact the correct address was given. She told me to be patient and wait and 20 more minutes went by so i called back and apparently the manager had directed the employee to pick up another employee while still rectifying my situation. When the driver showed up he was late and smoking weed. The manager refused to give me a refund for my medium pizza and the pizza is cold and almost uneatable. As i am eating my pizza i get a phone call from the manger Banning me from the store and yelling at me for a bad review. That is completely unacceptable and childish from any establishment. The transaction has ended and she should NOT have contacted me again.

I had an excellent experience with Kenny at Hungry Howie’s! Being the only location within a 20-mile radius, it’s often challenging to find a nearby option for delivery. Other places typically refuse to deliver, citing their limited delivery area. However, Kenny went the extra mile and considered it just a 15-minute ride.
