It appears that Hungry Howie’s is using Door Dash for delivering their pizzas and not their normal hired drivers. They’ll text you when your order is on the way with a tracking link, however, they don’t knock on the door when delivering. They leave your food on the doorstep, on our dirty porch matt where it gets cold and bugs get in your food. I normally like the food that I get from them. My family and I won’t be ordering anything with them using Door Dash. Sorry, it’s nasty to leave food on the floor.

Man I hate leaving this review but I am not a fan of calling a call center who act like robots and can’t go away from the script. Their heads want to explode! “I’m sorry sure we do not hat that pizza, we’ll can you… I’m sorry sir but we can not make that pizza. Get rid of the “back end of the store”. I’d rather not be lied too also if I want to order from online I would have.

Man, we wanted to love this location, but just can’t! The little Spanish girl behind the counter deserves a raise and promotion! I would hire her in a minute. BUT, the food was awful. Not only was it so greasy we could squeeze out enough grease to fry chicken with , but they got the order wrong. We normally go to the one on Kasey Rd and Gunn but we’re in a hurry. Bad mistake and we will not be back! YUCK

So disappointed. Pizza was delivered almost 2 hours after I placed the order. Not only did the delivery take long, my pizza was cold, and the cheesy bread was delivered cold and hard. I was so disappointed. I’ve always been happy with their customer service, and the quality of their product. But to ight. It was HORRIBLE. The just delivered about 8mins ago, from I ordered minutes after 10pm it’s 12:24am. No one is even hungry anymore. Smt

We have been eating here since we were kids my moms always orders from them even when they make mistakes we still tend to give them another chance cause we all are humans right? But after how the Manager bec spoke to my mother when she asked for another supervisor because she was PROMISED something he became rude. We called cooperate who said they will have someone contact us but I’m just amazed my mom is a senior and retired whose been ordering from them since we were kids and after today we will no longer deal with hunger howies you showed no respect for your customers or elders
