The service was slow. There was a man and lady that came in, I’m not sure if they worked there they went behind the counter in the food area, never washing their hands. The cashier rang my order with gloves and went behind the counter to make food, never washing her hands or changing her gloves. Some were looking at their phones too, and we know how they carry germs. For that reason, I would not go back. The food was good, but it was hard to enjoy it when I considered that I could be putting my health at risk.

The customer service at this location is ridiculous. They got my order wrong after I spent $50 on some pizza and made me bring all the pizzas back to the location to prove to them that they got it wrong. The female manager was rude and blatantly disrespectful. They hung up on me twice as I informed them that the order was incorrect. If you’re in a low-income area, you should still ensure your representative behind the counter how better customer service skills. It should not always have to be hood, ghetto, and just downright disgusting. Do better Hungry Howies

I understand why this location has 3.9 stars. I ordered a pepperoni, pineapple pizza and an order of boneless wings with Cajun bread. The pizza was fine, with the exception of too much sauce. The boneless wings had burnt particles on them, a small spill [spot] of buffalo sauce, and burnt Cajun bread. I’ll stick to ordering from the Brandon location.

I’ve been here a few times. The place is run down, bad part of town and they have yet to get my online order right. The service is slow and they don’t get to making your pizza in a timely fashion. Every time I came here (today’s the last) I ended up waiting and waiting even though I ordered ahead.
