This is your so called pepperoni pizza. I literally order from here all the time. The last time their sauce tasted like chemicals. Now here we have no pepperoni barely. I spend too much money with this restaurant. Then I call to say something about it and the manager tells me I’m lying. Here’s the proof. Why would I waste my time calling them if my food was right. Now I’m about done with this ignorant restaurant.

it’s been over 2 hours and i still haven’t received my pizza. i call them 3 different times just for them to answer the phone after 2 long hold times. order says completed and i never received it. answered the phone with an attitude. terrible customer service skills, placed me on hold and didn’t even tell me she was placing me on hold. took the longest to take me off of hold. then when i was taken off hold they asked me was i picking up or delivery as if i didn’t just explain the situation. i explained the problem again and she interrupted me and i told her their customer service skills were terrible. she then hung up on me when i already paid for my pizza. currently heading down there.

The manager Michelle is absolutely amazing, she is there ever day almost all day, whom ever the owner is I hope they pays her well and takes good care of her. She deals with some wild customers but she always is so kind, my food is always hot and good. Michelle is the best, the other girl named Meika is amazing customer service , so sweet and kind and always ready to help. She’s always helpful to the manager and smiles when you come in. I’d give this no stars if I could. We used to get hungry howies out in Michigan all the time. It was so flavorful and yummy. This location just changed my whole idea of hungry howies. No flavorings to the crust at ALL. Even the howies bread was very bland. Everything was so bland. I felt like I was just eating bread With sauce. Don’t waste your money this def isn’t how hungry howies taste.

I just ordered from here tonight and my pizza still wasn’t here an hour and 45 minutes later… my fiancé had to go to the store to see what was going on because their phone is off the hook and the one time it did ring they didn’t answer. When he got there all the employees are standing there staring at him with the order sitting on top of the oven thing waiting. Whole time a delivery car is outside. The manager had the audacity to say “I’ll refund your delivery fee” I tried calling again cause I wasn’t with him… but guess what… phone was off the hook. TRASH
