We order here all the time. Typically the pizza is great. On this last occasion, it was a Saturday night. We were doing family outings and decided to order ahead for pizza for dinner. We got there and the kid gave us the pizza and said it was on the house. My nephew didn’t think anything of it, gave his gratitude and left. Little did we know until we got home with 3 hungry toddlers, it was on the house because it was burnt to a crisp.

Today I ordered a large meat lover’s pizza. It was very delicious and good. But the delivery lady was totally unprofessional and had a attitude. She told me about my address that I didn’t put my apartment number but I told her that on the app it has it on there. She said no it don’t you need to put it there for future delivery. Just last night I have a order delivered and the guy had no problem finding me. So I know it’s on there.

Raw dough!! That is not safe to eat. They put out an unsafe food item and basically told me to kick rocks. The manager’s solution was for me to drive it back to them and wait for a new one. No refund possible, even if I drove it all the way back to them.

Every single time I call, service on the phone is terrible, they always speak like they’re in a rush, they barely give you time to answer their questions and they talk to you like they’re doing you a favor. This lady said they didn’t deliver in my area even when I have ordered a few times before. I had to come to their shop to pick up my order. Worst service ever!! This location is the worst. She didn’t come to the front when I came for my food but as I was leaving she decided to come to the counter and just stare at me until I left.

I usually order every Wednesday my usual for my sons and I. Everytime they are on point, never had any burnt or cold pizza…. it always tasted fresh. Pickle, Bacon, Ranch pizza. Sounds bad but trust me kids will love it. Hungry Howie’s knows how to make pizza,. They don’t skip on topping and they will make it anyway u want no matter how obsured. Bacon is overpriced but if u buy a two topping pizza and only get 1 premium topping the price equals out.

My fav order from here is a lrg bacon and ham pizza lite cheese and sub pizza sauce for BBQ sauce. The last 3 times I’ve ordered it. I’ve gotten my pizza with Bbq sauce brushed on top. So I finally had it and gave the place a call to politely ask them to pay more attention to the order because it looks like the pizza was just brushed with Bbq sauce. When I got the manager he said no, I made your pizza we didn’t just brush it on. As if i dont have eyes and I’m not going to eat it. So I attached a photo below look for your self. He offered to remake it and send it over again but he needs the first one back. So here I am waiting another hour to eat and a manger who can’t be wrong .. I recommend you ordering from another hungry howies..
