Order through store manager ordered thin crust well done light sauce garlic herb crust. Ordered baked Sausage penned pasta and picked up. Arrived home to a original crust with no flavor and regular sauce. Called the store spoke to clerk and manager who stated as long as I did not have dinner with my spouse who was having the pasta and returned the pizza they messed up they would remake my pizza. I’ve never heard about such messed up service over a managers screw up. Will not be doing anymore business with Hungry Howies and hope owner or corporate sees this post to correct there issues.

Basically was called a liar because the pizza they served was unexaptable , I suggested to the manager who by the way was extremely rude that he pay attention to his employees and possibly stop there drug activity I see often In the parking lot amongst the employees. I wasn’t looking for another pizza or a refund just wanted the manager to know. My son is 30 years old and did not drop the pizza if he had he would of said he dropped it. I will not be back to this drug supporting lazy people business

I usually have no issues with this particular hungry howies but I ordered a salad and halfway through eating I got a surprise! A hair in my salad turned my stomach. I would highly recommend hair nets be mandatory for all employees in the food industry in order to keep from getting a lawsuit filed, I get accidents happen but some things can be avoided. So if Corporate is reading this I would strongly advise you take care of this situation ASAP or risk getting that store location shutdown.

Smells like weed, employees are rude . If I could go negative stars, I would rate them -5 . Ordered Saturday afternoon around 5 and the tall white boy was rude to me. It doesn’t matter if I worked there or not. I am a paying customer. There employees should keep their comments to themselves. Will not go back.
