Horrible! The pizza had a hair in it, the dough was weird, barely any toppings, the pizza was falling apart and stuck to the box. My grilled chicken salad was gross and my family complained that the cheesy bread tasted old and odd. Even my 2 year old spit it out and said “yuck”. When I went for a refund they said I could only get one for the pizza because none of it had been eaten on. The pizza was easy to identify as gross due to how it looked, but we had to throw out the other food based on taste. I told the manager that ik she couldn’t do anything about the cheesy bread but that they should throw out that batch as it seemed bad. She proceeded to tell me that everything is made fresh there so it couldn’t have been old dough. I’ve worked food before, just because you make it “fresh” everyday-from scratch or not- you can have old ingredients to make it A complete waste of money and time!

Ordered at 4 for a 5:30 pick up arrived at 5:45 no pizza and was told “10” minutes paid, waited came back “5” more minutes, waited was told ” its in the oven 6 minutes ” with all the waiting and other customers at pick up window it took me until 6:30 to give up and leave. No pizza and not in the mood to get a refund then. The front door was locked so we all were standing outside in the 90 degree heat. I will be back to get my refund when I calm down. At least the crew was polite even though incompetent.

Waited 70 minutes for a salad to get it and was nasty. I never complain but with delivery it was 20$ and ill be dam to throw that money down the drain. I called manager and he said they will pick it up and refund me. But agrued with me. Poor management poor service and quality of food poor

They won’t tell you until you get through the painfully slow ordering process…but “delivery is at least 1 hour or more minimum at all times of day and all days of the week” per rude lady who took the order. Pizza was actually good for discount pizza.

I called two days prior to order a pizza for pick up at 11. My receipt even says order needs to be ready by 11 I get there and they’re just putting it in the oven at 11:20. The “Gm” said in the computer. There was a note that said 1130 at no time did I ever mention 1130! What’s the point of having a time for it to be ready if they don’t do their job this was for my child’s classroom and by the time it would’ve been ready they were already be eating! Way to disappoint whole classroom full of kids. Awesome job !

Less than one !! I called and the manager answered the phone yelling at his employees thinking he answered the phone so I could order first he asked me if I knew where they were located and I said yes (I was actually right outside with my little ones in the truck) he was yelling the whole time. I had to ask him several times if he was talking to me? he was rushing me off the phone I ordered three large pizza with extra cheese all three of the pizzas had holes with missing cheese and toppings but I’m looking at other pics of people’s pizza and they look full of cheese so why is my pizza full of holes? I should’ve just asked for my money back and went to the north side! They remade it they ain’t put no extra cheese in my pizzas.. look at the other pizza pics and you tell me. this is the first time I’ve had this problem at this place. I’m just not happy.

Ordered my food at 8:41PM and didn’t get it until 10:55PM. When I got my food, it was barely warm and the grease from the food is leaking through the box. Also my pizza is bent and burnt. They are 3 minutes away from me. I called them and the manager already knew it was me when I called and told me they had a lot of orders and only 2 drivers. Why they didn’t call their customers and tell this? Also why didn’t they wait to make my food then when it got closer to that time when they could deliver it to me? This is the worse, never order from here.

Update. Lowered stars from 5 to 4 because of lack of common sense this evening. There is major lightning and thunderstorms happening this evening. The lobby is still locked shut and everyone is forced to stand outside at the pickup window. It seems like an obvious choice to bring the customers inside and out of the elements this evening! Maybe even insurance liability issue to easily avoid. Serving the public at the window as the pickup business plan this evening isn’t very smart!
