horrible service. I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and she said 35 min. We went and she said 20 min more and her exact words where “we’re not on that pizza yet”. We waited the 20 min and my little brother went in and she once again said to give them 15-20 more minutes. Keep in mind they did not apologize one single time for the inconvenience. Horrible service.

Ordered on July 4th. The pizzas were raw when picking them up and missing ingredients. Called the store and got mike who told me that I wasn’t the first one to complain about it. After pressing him that I was not pleased he said he could remake the pizzas the following day. I had company over on July 4ty which was the only reason I ordered 3 pizzas. Threw the pizzas out. Called Corp a couple days later and was told a regional manager would call me back. Never received the call. Filled out a survey on the Corp website and asked for someone to contact me. No one has contacted me, 2 weeks later. Steer clear of this location or pizza chain in general, no one cares!

Terrible experiences Ive had here with there pizza making. There pizza never has any sauce on it. If i wanted cheese bread i would have ordered cheese bread! If you order pizza with extra sauce its too much sauce if you dont say anything its cheese bread and if you speak up the sauce is spotty at best. I dont know what to do anymore i like hungry howies and this location is the closest but they are by far the worst pizza place ive been to and I just dont understand it. Now im pretty much forced to go way out of my way just for good pizza. You guys ruin pizza night

Yuck, yuck, yuck!! This was the poorest made pizza pie we’ve ever had! Gross! I will try to load photos so you can decide if you are willing to take the risk. Btw… they charge a corporate fee of $5 for delivery. This is not the tip for the driver. So… you’ll pay $10 just for a 2 mile delivery if you leave a $5 tip.

Great service. Its located just off Sheppard road with plenty of parking. Its conjoined with a gas station. The food was good, nice and hot. The food was presentable and definitely hungry howie style. Im not sure if this location is the replacement location for the hungry howies that was located on Florida ave / route 37 near the outback. The staff seemed all different, but I still left a standard $2 tip.

They should just say it’s a 35min plus wait instead of saying 20mins then never putting your order in or they do but it just gets ignored either excuse is unacceptable and money back isn’t enough for wasted time and bad customer service

I like their food, but a few employees need to clean their nails because when i picked up my pizza for the first time it really grossed me out . They need a different location because the store is nasty and it makes me feel uncomfortable walking in their to get my food.

Wow to say the least. Unfortunately, this was a horrible Hungry Howies experience. The place looked dirty and so did the staff. The place was in some gas station in the back corner. The staff didn’t wear hair nets or gloves and kept sweating over the food. It took about 45 minutes to get my pizza and I picked up the order so can’t even say it took so long because it was delivered. All in all I would never go back here or order from here.
