Went through the drive through so don’t know how the atmosphere was inside. But the Delux Combination Sub that I got was Soooo delicious and my husband loved his Ham and Cheese sub. The bread they use is delicious with the garlic butter and parmesan cheese on it. I’d eat these a lot if I lived here in Florida still. I use to live in Lake City and never had this. Yummy!!!! We are here in Forte Mead at my Aunt’s place till tomorrow and we’re gonna get pizza for our trip back to PA where I live with my husband and family.

Arrived at location. Rude lady at window told me my order was behind another big order. Made me circle the drive thru twice. Second time around claims they never received my order and asked if I wanted to wait even longer. I said no. Such bad service and there needs to be better communication. Made me wait all that time for no reason. Stay away and support businesses with better service.

This place is a joke ..the kids are to busy watching their friends do burnout to get the orders right ..then they tell me they have no more marinara sauce… And when I check the stuff that was supposed to have been ham cheese black olives and sauce the black olives were missing when I brought it back up here they go and throw black olives on it and tell me there was black olives on it them black olives were not on it so not only were they trying to fix a mess up the wrong way by added it to what I had send back…I never get good service at this place…I will have to start going to Classic Pizza to get what I ordered the way I order it the 1st time….this is every time I ordered from this place ………

I highly recommend pressing #2 when you call instead of #3. If you push #2 it directs you to the actual store and you can speak to someone whose actually making your food. If you push #3 it directs you to a call center which, in my opinion is very unsatisfying. I made an order over the phone with the call center a little while ago and did not have a pleasant experience this time. The automated message that plays when you call advertises a large cheese pizza for $7 and that is exactly what I ordered. However, when the man gave me my total it was $16. I told him there was no way because the advertisement says it’s only $7. He then says “oh ok, I see, you want a different price” and I said “uh, yeah because that’s false advertising and I’m not paying $16 for one cheese pizza” So then he says “Ok, I’ll change the price to $7 so your new total is $8.55 after tax” I was floored after being told this. What do you mean you’ll change the price? Why are you telling people it’s $16 when it’s only $7? Are you giving a larger price so you can pocket the rest? What is this? So when I picked up my order I spoke to the manager, Jessie. Jessie informed me that it was because the coupon wasn’t entered in and when that happens you pay a lot more. He said you have to tell them sometimes to enter the coupon so you don’t over pay. He Also informed me to always press #2 so that I can speak to them directly instead. He informed me on how to avoid such a high price so that it wouldn’t happen again. My issue is NOT with hungry Howie’s in ft.meade but with the call center they are using to take orders. This is a huge inconvenience in my opinion and there’s no telling how many people have overpaid and been taken advantage of. As far as the food itself, it’s always on point and delicious but this call center should either make changes or be eradicated all together.

We ordered 4 pizzas with garlic parmesan crusts and they all turned out perfect! Everyone at my nephew ‘s birthday party enjoyed all of the pizza. My sister enjoyed the convenience of using the drive thru. We would definitely order from this restaurant again. Keep up the great work!

They accidentally gave my food to another guy with my same name, but we’re really nice about it and made it right by quickly remaking my food and hooking me up with extras for free. Great customer service!

I’ve been here before and that time the service was much better. This time they asked my name 3 times. Told me my order would be ready in 3 minutes, then told it would be 10 minutes, then it was ready 2 minutes after that. Frustrating pickup but the cheesy bread was very good.
