We ordered an pizza and waited patiently. We had called after an hour and the lady said they were very short staffed so we waited patiently, it’s not their fault. Lady assured us it was on the way. 2 hours went by, when it hit midnight we called. “OH we closed an hour ago, ” where’s the pizza!!??? “You’ll have to call back in morning”

The delivery driver was very professional and courteous if I judged based on delivery it would be top rating, however I ordered wings extra crispy &received them dried out &burnt. I called expressing my concerns I ask for the manager and was told I was speaking to her I explained I ordered extra crispy wings twice cooked yet, was delivered dry out burnt out wings. She insisted I lied and it was three times cooked which was untrue. I’m disgusted with this manager, she basically said I was a liar then hung up on me saying there was nothing she could do. Tbh I’m not sure if I will ever order online or any other way from them again. She was beyond rude and should NoT be someone representing the company.

The ac was broken when we went. We order a large pizza with 2 toppings and asked for it to be well done. The pizza smelled good but came out very nasty. The crust was very thick, brunt, and extremely hard. You’re suppose to cut the dough down or add more sauce. The cheese wasn’t even cooked all the way and there was barely any sauce. Ill go to the pizza shop down the street. I will not return.

I walked in there and one of the male employees had long hair and it was not up in a ponytail or a bun and that is a health code violation I told the manager about it and she said that it was her restaurant and to mind your own business I’ve never been disrespected that much at a hungry Howie’s in my life I would not suggest that location to anybody most of the employees were out of uniform as well
