I would order 3-5 times a week but lately it has been the worst service. Who ever is hiring in this place has no clue what their doing. It’s always arriving late and when I complained about it, Tyler the manager told me that they do t give free food. I felt like I was being accused of wanting free food. What a joke! Weve been ordering for over decades years including almost weekly and Ive even had family worked there. But recently we ordered and also have dogs in our yard that every delivery driver knows. But one specific driver (older short man) kicked my dog and said for me to grab her after clearly warning him & see my young child outside with me. Which she is 4 yrs and wouldnt have been able to carry the dog. Ive yelled at him previous time to stop at the end of the driveway holding my dog and 2 children back.

I ordered the cheese bread sticks and a couple of drinks. The bread sticks are disgusting, it made my 4 year old throw up. The dough isn’t even cooked, still raw, and the cheese has the consistency of a brick. The service was not good at all, I told them I was missing a drink for my pickup and it took 2 people to get me it, and then once I got it, I was told that I “was good to go nevermind” and he didn’t give me my drink and just stood there and glared at me?? I ended up taking my drinks and walking out. The communication isn’t good there I literally stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before someone noticed me when there was like 8 people in the kitchen standing around doing nothing.

I don’t mind having fun on the job but some stuff is just a little inappropriate as a client talking to someone on the phone taking my order and card information? Also you work at the front and you don’t know your deals ? And tell me call back tomorrow for the deals ? The only reason I bought this pizza was for convenience so once was good enough for me to learn that I probably won’t buy from u guys at this location, I don’t know who runs this place but plz train your staff better to be more respectful and knowledgeable at there Job,Good luck

Called in order at 6:30pm…Arrived at 8:58pm…Half the order was wrong…Called back and the best they could do was send out the two missing items..after already waiting 2 12hrs. Cold pizza and now have to wait another hour for wings and salad.
