I received these burnt cinnamon sticks for my nieces. I picked them up it’s a 15 min drive one way to get them. By the time we got to them after eating pizza we don’t have time to go back and get a edible serving. I called asking for a credit and they told me I can come in and get a new one or come in and get my money back but my only option is to come back. The person on the phone serving at 7 pm on this Sunday night refused to get a manager to help with the credit claiming the manager went home for the night. They refused to give me their name and said call back tomorrow then hung up. All I wanted was a credit for these inedible sticks

The 2 gentlemen working in the back were hard workers as well. Pleasantly surprised to see such a good system there compared to other places.

Called ahead to place an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and paid right away. I witnessed the staff all working with food, yet no gloves or hand washing. One man was talking on his phone, while on speakerphone, holding it with one hand and preparing food with the other. Never washed his hands. I asked Abby, who took the order over the phone and took my payment if he was actually making food while touching his cell phone. She did not deny it, but when I asked him he denied it profusely and was very unprofessional. I asked for the manager, to which he replied he was the manager. I explained my concerns over the cleanliness and safety of the food prep. He was rude and defensive, saying that everything is automated, button controls and they don’t touch the food. I told him I am also Food Service Certified and I know better. The conversation continued to escalate as he then told me I should “not be so judgemental while wearing a cross” around my neck, and said that “a true Christian wouldn’t act like that.” I informed him of what it means to be a Christian, as I am not afraid to tell anyone the Truth!

I was so excited for my sub sandwich. Terrible! Hard as a rock, toppings like rubber and cold. I would have called back to complain, but after the way the employee treated me When I picked up my order, I figured it was useless to even call and speak with her, seeing as though she was the only employee on duty. Shameful customer service and quality.

Called 15 minutes prior to going to get my order (15 minutes is a typical wait time) and I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order all this waiting and i start looking around I could see the sink where no paper towels or soap was.. so I definitely started watching closer couldn’t see nothing behind the big wall at the counter except this dude’s head I finally see him come out to take another order over the phone.. he wasn’t wearing gloves nor did I see him discard any when he went to answer the phone.. I watched him bare handed answer that phone bare handed touch the POS system and bear handed open the door handle to the walk in .. a couple seconds later I watch him BARE HAND A PIZZA OUT OF THE PAN THAT I KNOW WAS MY ORDER because I was still waiting for it to be prepared. I didn’t say anything cause I was already stressed out and didn’t want to totally freak out on this kid I went home and straight in the trash it went. Not only did I waste time getting it I wasted 20 bucks.

Meh. Cheap Pizza. It’s better than Marcos pizza that’s for sure. Similar to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. Papa John’s is better but not by much. Not even close to Asaro’s or Local Pizza food.
