This has GOT to be the WORST Hungry Howies in Ocala. This one and management is AWFUL. I specially order a cheeseburger pizza with extra garlic butter crust. I call and tell them it’s DRY as a bone. He says there is nothing they can do. Ask for a manager who will NOT even get on the phone.!!!!! He relays to te staff I can bring it back and get my money back. He argues with my spouse how would I know there is NO garlic butter let alone extra on the crust . Because I can SEE DUH!!!!! And had I ate a whole piece instead of only one bite they would Have taken issue with THAT. Although admitting he saw NO garlic butter instead of taking responsibility, apologizing OR making it right for the customer he wants to apparently prove a point. Point taken NEVER returning!!! Not sure the owner is her BUT clearly does NOT care !!!! Emplyomg staff like this and these policies !!!! And just look at all the 1* reviews and bad customer service reviews. Guess I’m not alone. Waste of time and gas to go back there .

It only gets one star because it doesn’t allow you to not give one. But I asked for a set of wings and they said by law they run them twice and this is how they was served to me. I always get wings here you can’t tell me wings are supposed to look dried and burned . Plus I waited for an additional 15 minutes and these are not just cooked wings.

The worst of the worst, they always give me the wrong order, I ask for one thing and they give me another, on Wednesdays they charge me at the regular price, I have to tell the employees that there is a special that day, NO EMPLOYEE SERVES, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ME THEY CLOSE IT

UPDATE: I’m afraid I was sadly mistaking, the owners don’t care or don’t bother to read customer reviews. When I didn’t see this pathetic young manager “Sara” for months and there were nice people working. I thought they fired her. No such luck. These owners apparently don’t care because after not seeing her for months Sara was working today. Again this arrogant employee was heartless to me. My daughter was waiting on the car, I admit I was frazzled and a little scatterbrained. But we’d been up since 4am for my daughter’s hand surgery. She will need 2 other surgeries on her hand before it’s all taken care of. She’s in the car, I ordered the pizza and although “large pizza and cheesy bread” go hand in hand, either I said bread (which doesn’t make sense) or they just made plain bread sticks. I explained how my daughter just had surgery and we are hungry… I asked, ” can you please just make me the cheesy bread instead. We’ve been up since 4 and are hungry.” Well good ole Sara, rudely refused even after my daughter came in to the store with her hand looking like it was in a boxing glove. Would it have killed Sara to show some kindness? I even pointed to the bread sticks and said, “Can you please just make these more like cheesy bread?” Guess what Sara said? No of course… She is the worst employee no less manager I’ve ever seen. She continually is cold and empty. Manager please read this and realize your other staff are great but she’s not a people person.

I would give them a zero because it’s not worth paying extra money for extra toppings because you dont get extra on the pizza! Do you see extra pepperoni and mushrooms on here I dont and they aren’t not going to replace or credit me at all very sad!

I ordered a Greek Salad without tomatoes or onions and extra feta cheese. Came with tomatoes and onions. Seemed like there were more tomatoes than the extra feta cheese I ordered. We ordered howie rolls and got bread sticks instead when they cost more and the marinara sauce was old it made a close family member puke. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. As I was eating my salad I came across 2 stray hairs and currently my hair is up. Everyones order was messed up and I was trying to think my order wasnt messed up to bad until I seen that. Do not recommend AT ALL!!!
