Called to order a large cheese pizza. Was hung up on after being asked to “hold on”. Thought whatever and went and ate elsewhere instead. 35 minutes later the lady calls me back asking if I’m picking up the order. I said “ma’am you hung up on me without confirming anything”, to which she began to argue that she did not hang up on me saying that she had to help other customers which is all good and well but doesn’t dispute the fact that she hung up on me without confirming my order. It would of took her all of 20 seconds to confirm my order is being prepped and given a price of which she did neither. Then to argue with me about what happened and blatantly lie is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. How you gonna deny you hung up on me and then use other customers as an excuse, it doesn’t make sense. Won’t be ordering here ever again.

Just ordered five pizzas and to pull apart bread. Let me preface by saying that these are giant calzones they are not pizzas they were not cut, and the cheese is all on one side of the pizza and the pull apart bread is a piece of cement. To make matters worse I’ve called twice and no answer finally put on hold for 10 minutes. I’ll encourage everyone to find a better pizza place in the area. Thank you.

Must be new management. Order placed in the store with 20 minute wait. Ask if ready and they had lost the order. Started over. 20 minutes later, they are ready, ask for discount due to their error and it was refused. Got home and pizzas were made wrong. Called and they said to call manager tomorrow. So entire order is trash and you did apologize but would not fix it.

I suggest you buy a commercialized pizza cutter prior to ordering from this pizza joint they don’t cut the pizzas. It’s a giant piece of bread with cheese falling off the side. .

This location was the best when the ladies were running it. Been that way for years but something changed and now it’s a few dudes that don’t have a clue. I ordered a turkey club sub. It’s supposed to have turkey, ham and bacon and cheese on it. So I pay and open it to see it and it’s only turkey and cheese. And they are charging extra now for the veggie cup that’s always been included. Asked them to remake it and tall guy looked high got attitude and did but finished sub was super skimpy. These guys lost a long time customer.
