I have had repeated problems with this store, from quality to service. And when I contact someone I am told that manager or owner will contact me back, but have yet to ever get anyone to call me or email me. Food is overcooked, undercooked, MISSING, quality of product used is suspect on tonights order. Can’t even get a response when contacting corporate! Save your money, go to a different place, at this point pizza hut and/or little Caesars is better quality! I will not be coming back, I can’t do it anymore. Save your sanity, because if they mess it up, and they will, they will act dumb and not fix it in store and good luck getting the owner to respond!

They must have done a complete 180 at this hungry Howie on grand Blvd and trouble creek. Even the person taking the calls is a pleasure to speak to. The past 2x I have ordered the pizza is phenomenal! Absolutely delicious. Only 1 thing I would improve is the mushroom toping. It is very very little and when cooked they shrink even more. But the flavor was still great and fresh.

Not sure what happened to this place but the service has been horrible for about a year. Order a pizza for pickup, purposely wait an extra 15 minutes past the ready time because prior experience tells me it won’t be done, and it still isn’t ready! This has happened on multiple occassions. Bread is paper thin, I thought they changed the recipe but ordering from another Howie’s got me the normal type bread. I now go out of my way to another nearby Hungry Howies to get the quality product.

The store constantly messes up orders and does not take responsibility for errors. They started charging 3% fee to use a card to pay that is NOT advertised online. Do yourself a favor and order from Ridge Road location.

Very nice pizza, great value for my money, ordered the spacial of the day 8 slice, pepperoni and sausage plus garlic butter for $8, very tasty. The service is very fast and friendly. Great option for pizza to go.

Steer clear is all I can say! Most expensive pizza and they mess it up and blame you. Will not deliver corrected pizzas if you pick up and the rest of your order is cold! Transfered 3 times for me to just repeat myself on the issue. Then told they would correct in 10 minutes, it’s been 30 still not ready! When it was finally ready it was wrong AGAIN! I’ll NEVER use this location again, and they want $15/hour!!!!

We ordered a meat ball sub that was delivered with sausage cheese and sauce. When talking to the employee, she had a very condescending attitude and was very short in the phone. When yhe manager answered th phone, she was even worse. Will never order again based on the customer service alone
