First timer at this restaurant, spotted it while passing by and decided to give it a try after running a few errands. When you step in, it’s a very big and very clean environment. Many tables to choose from if you choose to dine in, and of course take out is also offered. They bring you water while you’re ordering which was very nice. Each table has a variety of spices to pick from and on top of that you also have the option to pick chop sticks!! The wonton combination soup and the chicken soup are delicious. We were super satisfied, will be coming back soon.

On June 26 around 2pm, my wife and I went there for 2 Viet Sandwiches and 2 drinks. The restaurant took 55 minutes to get the Sandwiches ready. They served 3 other people that ordered to go sandwiches on the spot. 3 other people picked up to go orders. A family of 5 got their order of Pho 45 minutes after we ordered. Absolutely disaster of a restaurant.

I called in an order and accidentally went to the wrong location. When I got the correct location a few miles away, my sandwiches were on the counter but my fried rice wasn’t ready. I asked if the sandwiches were mine and since I already paid and tipped for my order. I wanted to eat my sandwiches while I waited and take them out to the car for my hungry family. They told me they were not ready. After just under one hour wait that was supposed to be 20 minutes, he hands me those same sandwiches that have been sitting there for over 40 minutes. I took my order to the car where my family was waiting hungry and I opened my sandwich to find it’s cold and soggy on the inside with a VERY SMALL portion of meat and dry hard bread. The other location used way more meat and it was decent. This was so bad I had to ask for a refund on my order. I was really hungry and I didn’t take a bite of that mess. Horrible service. Skimpy on meat with dry hard stale bread. Avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good food we are here on a regular basis. The last 2 times I noticed the majority of the tables were not clear out. I don’t believe it’s because their under staff, I’ve seen the guy employees sitting down on their phones and only get up to help new customers when seated at clean tables. This last time I went (from when the pictures were taken) only 3 clean tables were left as we walked out 2 families were walking in. Customers don’t want to eat surrounded by dirty tables. Thanks

This place has really nice staff. The menus are at the counter and on the wall beside the counter (at least for the sandwiches) which makes it easy to order. They have great options of food and the boba drinks are great.

What I have always ordered when I go to any Huong Lan are the #12, #65, and #77. This time #67 caught my eyes because of the Shrimp Tofu Wrapper description. I definitely will be adding this to my list to grab next time around, when I’m not automatically defaulting to my favorite #77.
