Last Thursday I picked up my To-Go order which was supposed to be 3 burgers WELL DONE, what we got were 3 burgers Medium-Rare. My mom called and complained and was told we would hear back from the District manager the next day but we DID NOT hear from anyone. We Won’t be returning for any service after this. The photo below is 1 of the 3 burgers we got…does this look WELL-DONE to you???

Came here with my child & her father, because he was starving and insisted on coming to this establishment. We were sat sat down by a friendly host, but then we sat there for about 25 minutes with no acknowledgment from anybody, and then they sat down a party that came in after us at a table they cleaned off and started to serve them… never will I ever come to this place again. Bad idea to do this on a day when I’m actually starving. Oh, and my child was upset because we had to pull her from the Arcade due to lack of service so thanks for that tantrum.

Visiting with friends. They love this place and we were excited for them to take us there! We had such a great lunch and delicious drinks! Excellent staff and great atmosphere! Glad we were able to visit! Will definitely be back on our next trip!!!!

I love this restaurant! I go there once a week for lunch. One of the special things about this restaurant is that they actually serve diet dr pepper. My favorite employee is Amber, the bartender. She’s always on top of things and is always friendly. Plus, her memory is amazing. The second time I went in for lunch, she remembered my drink order! Anyways, it’s an awesome place that’s perfect for all ages with great food and service.

Food was yummy as always. Service has gotten better since Covid, we have Kiki the last 2 times and she is great. Food is usually pretty quick. Our favorite is the chicken tacos, although this time we got the Philly cheesesteak and burger burrito. My little loves the mac and cheese there also! Video games are always a big hit. Tvs from every angle.

We did takeout for lunch. Fantastic food!!! I enthusiastically recommend the Philly steak sandwich, mushrooms and Swiss burger and definitely the Mac daddy burger. Wow!! Love they did my fries crispy. Big deal for me.

This was my first time there and the service was above and beyond. Christina was my bartender and she was on top of it for sure. The food that I had ordered was very fresh very hot just not to my taste. My coworker goes there quite often and really enjoys his food. So it’s not that it was bad it just wasn’t my taste for that particular flavor I will definitely be back to try again.

One of my favorite local places to grab a drink and/or a bite to eat. I’m only really familiar with the daytime staff, but everyone is absolutely lovely and it’s just a nice and comfortable atmosphere… some of the best and friendliest service around. Great people, and the food (and prices) are pretty great as well!

I walked in for the FIRST time. I was ignored at the bar, someone was celebrating a birthday and he spoke to everyone around me including the ladies next to me then went on his way. My first time there and I’m not going back. The wi ngs were a little pricey also. I expected better service.
