The customer service here has always been top tier! we always have the same waitress during happy hour and she’s always been so sweet and patient with us! she also makes great drinks and seems to take care of everyone when she’s the only server/bartender there. food has been very good as well

Hurricanes in Eastlake is a really good place to go for a hangout, happy hour, etc. The servers are very friendly and the bartenders as well. One of the bartenders, Carlo is super friendly and has really good customer service, he’s very attentive and is fast in making your drink. I appreciated his service on my last visit!

Came here on a Tuesday for their 79 cent wings. The wings were good. Service was good. You can choose a different flavor for every 5 wings. We ordered 20 wings. We went with hot, teriyaki, habanero lime rub and garlic parmesan buffalo. Hot was listed as the second hottest on their spicy level. It was not spicy at all. Also, one thing to be aware of, it was my first time here so I didn’t know but when we got seated, the host gave us 4 cups and told us it was a self serve fountain drink. We were like cool free soda so we all got soda but it was not lol. If you get soda, they will charge you.

Nice atmosphere and small double sided type bar. Good amount of televisions for sports broadcasting. The food was alright. Nothing spectacular that made us say wow. Wings a tad bit pricey. But good friendly service. Worth trying once.
