I went in as a nanny with 5 little kids on me and the service could not have been more outstanding! The gentleman who helped us gave each kid a free drink and carried the pizza out for me since my hands were full, and I got the order on coupons so I didn’t even pay! Not to mention, the food was excellent as well Definitely going back here again!!

I have 2 parts to contribute as far as the working side and the hospitality side … I’m 32 and I have worked for a decent amount of places… Some I can say we’re good and some not so good but to be honest(HURRICANE PIZZA GRILL) Is not just good its truly amazing on both sides of the counter …All I can say is if you want great food and a boss that truly loves his company and the people that keep it so well maintained… 10 out of 10 times ill tell u to go to this amazing establishment …

Great food, with great prices. Their 1/2 off wing night is great. Draft specials galore as well. Karaoke in the lower bar on weekends. Friendly atmosphere. Ok for children in the upstairs bar/restaurant area as well. (I am not sure about the downstairs bar, so I do not want to say that kids are welcome there or not.)

First time there last time there after reading the reviews, I was excited to try it however, whoever cooked my pizza doesn’t know how to make pizza. Bummer I was hungry. I called in for a takeout pizza. They said 17 minutes 45 minutes later I get my pie and it wasn’t crowded.

Bread was good, flavor was very good but the skimpy amount of steak is very disappointing! With the lack of good cheesesteaks in the Lancaster area your selling yourself short with the little meat you put in yours. Top 2 with flavor imo double up on the meat and you have something going for ya!
