Service has definitely declined . The children working behind the counter were slow, gossiping and inattentive. Waited at least 15 minutes for cold food. The person waiting on me was speaking in “code” to her coworker and wore a mask incorrectly under her chin. This is expected when you hire unprofessional, inexperienced children. They definitely would benefit from additional customer service training and health and safety training. This is the worst service in recent history. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! The location was at the Hwy 111 restaurant, around 4-4:15 pm on 2-15-21.

This Hwy 55 is a disgrace to All of them,horrible customer service, horrible food,every time I have visited them, my order has been wrong,I finally got frustrated and called I was told I would get a full refund and fresh food,when I arrived I asked for just refund ,she only refunded me for the burger,if I would have known she needed to see the water lemonade,and I gave my son the fries, I would of brought them back with the burger,how you going to be angry you messed my order up.Horrible service,bad food.If you want true Andy’s stick with Wayne Memorial Dr.they never disappoint. This one hamburgers and hotdogs are trash.
