We stopped here on our way to Atlantic Beach last week!! I ordered the shrimp plate with not very high expectations and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and lightly batter the shrimp was!!! It was probably better than some I’ve gotten at the beach!!! The waitress was very proficient and pleasant!! My son got a burger that was also great and we ended it with a small chocolate shake that was huge and better than a frosty at Wendy’s!! We were in and out very quickly!! We would definitely stop there again!! Way to go HWY 55!!!

I don’t get what takes so long. So, I call in an order and get told 5-10 minutes. Here it is 30 MINUTES LATER and I still haven’t gotten my food. I’m not understanding what takes so long. If it’s going to be longer than 10 minutes, tell the customer. “Hey, we’re busy, so it might be about 20-25 minutes before we can get to your order.” I purchased food before going to Highway 55 in hopes that we will be eating hot food together. It seems like that isn’t the case and only one of us will be eating hot food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just picked up a chicken cheesesteak & pimento burger. The cheesesteak was full of burnt black flakes making it taste burnt. The burger barely had pimento cheese. Seriously it’s not rocket science. Never again at this location.

This is supposed to be the signature Hwy 55 location but I have had much better from other franchise locations. They just didn’t seem to have their service and food prep down to a science like others. Maybe just a off day?

Usually I love to occasionally stop in and indulge myself. This time I wished I had not bothered. Onion rings cold (as I drove down the road towards home). Cheeseburger was unflavorful-period. Not to mention the 1 waitress was on the phone with a customer for close to 7 minutes after I walked in.

Ordered a milkshake after getting my tonsils taken out this morning. It was good but I paid over $4 to get about half a cup full… when I questioned why they didn’t fill it up they said people normally get whip cream and that’s what fills the rest… so I guess ur paying for half shake and half whip cream… very disappointed. The picture shows how the milkshake was handed to me. Definitely would not go back.

My husband watched the workers refry our food before serving it. Because it sit on the counter too long. Shrimp was too dark after being refried, refried Fries, like we were blind and did not see what they were doing. They poured the chili for his 2 Hot dogs on top of both buns which would have made them too messy to eat. This is what we were served 2-20-2023. We let the server know and walked out without eating.
