Horrible experience honestly! I get it places run out of food. They were out of shrimp an cheesesteak. Ok so we ordered burgers. An we were waiting to order ice cream at the end. Excuse us for taken our time eating. They told us they stop serving ice cream after 830. Remind u it was 839. No discount for messing up our food no remorse for running out of the items we had already ordered nothing. I’m sorry but very bad service if u ask me. I work for a restaurant myself an if I treated my customers with out discounts for mess ups or anything they would never come back. So if you are traveling an come in later at night be ware they will not serve u with great customer service.

Great food, as always. Hospitality was a step above most places. Place seemed to lack a little in the ability to buss tables quickly, but they were (in their defense) experiencing a very large lunch rush. Definitely worth a stop and visit.

Smaller portions, longer wait time. Terrible food quality. I don’t know what’s happened to this place. Use to be so good but now it’s gone down hill. The only good bit is the wait time for food wasn’t long and friendly service once we got it.

I ordered online and went in to pick it up. The lady tells me they don’t make Oreo shakes which was on my order. I asked for a refund and she tells me they can’t give refunds. So I ask if she can make me literally any other type of shake and she said NO because my order was placed online! I asked if they make shakes for people who order in the store and she said yes but just not online orders. So even though they make shakes and have the option to order them online and I PAID for one they refused to make it and refused to give me my money back for it!

We ordered two large burger and was charged for two large burger but what we got were regular burger sizes FYI check your food before you leave they don’t care what they put out this has happened several times I’ve always just let it go because my husband never checks !! Food was terrible. Order a plain cheeseburger and I could tell they put mustard on it and when the waitress took it back the cook said it was just cheese. I know what cheese looks like compared to mustard. The wait staff was great though

At the Washington NC store the waitress was too busy chatting about her life to other employees at the front counter. Had to wait the longest time for her to come back around and the place was relatively empty. Other waitresses came around while she was chatting. Ordered tater tots and well she never put them on the order ticket. Had to ask another waitress for to go boxes.
