Stopped here to get a concrete after dinner and was very disappointed. Drive thru line took a decent amount of time. The amount in the concrete seemed like it was less than 1 scoop of custard mixed with the toppings. Taste was good at least but not for the price.

Tots were over cooked and cold and the service was slow. They did ask if I wanted a fresh order but only after I was already done. Also if you go there later in the day the sun is right in your face while trying to enjoy your meal.

The shrimp burger was very good. The cheese steak was not as good as usual. They usually load it up but mine was kinda thin this time on meat, shrooms, and onions. Tots are what they always are, tots. Nothing special. The shake and sundae was really good.

Omg where do I begin. Unfortunately this was the only place open other than TB and McD blah. The burger was so unpleasant that I have a stomach ache. Lettuce was like a thin plastic sheet, the cheese strong and cheap and the tomato not any help, and the bun soggy.

This is the second location for these burgers that we have been to. As was the case with the location in Fort Payne, Alabama, they have too many employees doing nothing but socializing instead of waiting on customers. The burgers are just OK, nothing special. The burgers are overpriced, I assume to pay for all the extra employees they have. Probably won’t try one of these again.

If you are like me and have constantly had bad experiences with this place, but still convince yourself to give them another shot…just don’t. Tonight was the last straw for me. How can you serve raw fries AND tots that have cheese and chili on top, still cold and frozen?? The food was absolutely horrible and inedible. The staff all seem to be high schoolers and could care less what someone’s food comes out like or if they’re satisfied. Y’all really need to get some people in there that can take a job seriously. Your ratings and business would be a lot better if so! No more from me though! A waste of time, food and money tonight! DO BETTER!

I’m here to let ya’ll know that this is the second time I’ve had an issue with this restaurant at this particular location. The first time I went here was when they first opened. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak & it was the worse one I ever tasted at a Hwy 55. It was terribly bland & had no seasoning what so ever (never had a seasoning issue with any other Hwy 55) I told myself I would just stick to the other locations but today I thought I would give it another chance. WHY did I decide to do that? I went right after they opened at 11. The time on my receipt is 11:18…I ordered a chicken cheesesteak plain, nothing but onions & cheese and French fries. She repeated it all back, I said yes & pulled forward. I received my order & pulled off to not block the drive thru & checked my order. I had mushrooms on the my cheesesteak & tater tots instead of fries..why ask me what I want if you are just gonna give me what you wanted me to have. So I circled back through & told them my order was wrong. She looked at it..then said we are out of Steak buns! What are ya’ll going to do for the rest of the day?! Anyway clearly not my problem so I got my money back & went to The Fried Turkey Shop…were my order is always right if yall have not tried the Turkey Shop please do!!!
