Cool atmosphere. We were told to sit anywhere we like but we were never served. Not even handed a menu. I thought maybe they were running behind on some orders, but a small group of people came in a few minutes after us and were handed a menu by the staff at their table. Not sure why we were never helped but finally left after about 10 minutes of not being helped. Went to the Mexican restaurant across the street instead.

I just left here today. The service is absolutely horrible! I ordered a combo the cashier dropped my food on the ground before I even reached for the bag!! It fell in some nasty ice cream that was spilled on the pavement and they told me I had to keep the food as is or pay for an entire new order. This is disgusting, I asked if they could at least replace the onion rings that fell into the wetness on the ground and they still refused repeatedly. I then proceeded to ask for a manager and there was not one currently on staff. This place is nasty guys they will serve you food off of the ground!

Absolute horror… I been stopped going to this location, nothing but kids working. I decided to go last night, first time ever eating in. I was ignored, disrespected. Alex got a attitude 1st when we asked for fresh onion rings, that we sat & watched be re dipped in fryer. Then when I told her service was awful after I asked to speak with her manager & she told me she was the manager…. Lies, nice lady name Michelle was the manager. Last, I told her they gave me a half raw burger, her response ” well, I didn’t make your burger…” Continued to walk away, no I’m sorry, we apologize, can we get you something else… NOTHING!!! Was told repeatedly not to go there, had to learn the hard way…. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered milkshakes for the family. Order time gave them roughly 20-30 minutes to make. Showed up on time to find they hadn’t started them and workers complained that we ordered online. I’m sure it’s more stressful to have a family of 5 order at the establishment and wait than to have a half hour to do it. Also I provided my number and if it was something they needed more time for I would’ve been more than understanding if they called. Parking lot wasn’t packed. Guess we’ll make our own next time.
