Food was good. Crispy fries – need salt. Shake was good, but they only have vanilla ice cream. Store was clean, service was good, prices were a little high but not terrible, and place was clean. Cool 50s decor. Music choices were pretty bad. So many better options for 50-60s music. 3.5 stars, but I’ll round up to be nice.

They have decent food; I’ll continue to go here because they are one of the very few places around here to get food from. The phone is ALWAYS busy or not working for whatever reason, especially around dinner time. This is not the worker’s fault, and I doubt corporate or whoever is higher up will ever fix it. It is extremely frustrating to have to call over and over and over again before you can even place an order. Again, it’s not the worker’s fault, and I have always had great service when I’m actually able to get through to place an order. Corporate, please find a solution for the phone problem!!

This place has gone down hill. No one ever answers the phone or the phone is purposely left on so people can’t call. I’ve been inside the store and called while it was slow, waitresses talking to each other and the phone “busy”.

No complaints of service, etc. But my one consistent complaint is that the french fries need to be cooked a little bit longer, in order to crisp – a bit undercooked; cook extra crispy.
