Have always loved this place but in the past few years it has gone down hill and fast. The grilled chicken is definitely not like it used to be. Now it is chicken tenders just cut up and barely grilled. They never cook it done enough and I even asked them to this time. It was chewy and sogging with slaw juice because apparently they now use carry out plates without compartments and the slaw juice ran all over the plates getting on the chicken and fries. If I had known the plates didn’t have compartments I would have asked for slaw to be in something separate. But then again they should have known better. Young lady was nice but the food especially the grilled chicken needs some work. And they used to serve plates with a piece of toast and now they give you a pure hotdog bun, what’s up with that. I waited a long time to go back here because of all of these same problems and I see they still haven’t done anything about it. The food quality gets poorer and poorer. Please help with this matter there is not many places in Pink Hill to choose from. Thank you.

Sorry burger was half eaten and the pics are self explanatory. The burgers fell apart in the mouth. They were awesome! Shakes were really good. Peanut butter was real, not syrup. Lots of choices to place on burger, shakes, sides. Give it a go. We were passing through.

Tried calling this place 4 times before some girl picked up just to put me on hold. I was on hold for about 3 minutes listening to them talking to each other the whole time. I ended up hanging the phone up and going somewhere else to eat. Damn shame!

We had fast friendly service. Of course it is reduced capacity with Covid but I loved the creativity of the staff. The unavailable tables were “Reserved” for Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, etc. The food was good. Since I am not from the area, I didn’t know they had a drive thru window.

Ordered take out. Got 4 sandwiches, a chili cheese fry, and cheese fry and 2 regular fries. The food was pretty good, and the girl at window was very friendly. But they never answer the phone on the first call. Always have to call a few times to get through. Which is why I gave it 3 stars

I called my food in 30 minutes earlier just for them to have not made it and then they made me wait an extra 10 minutes so I called after the 10 minutes was up and it’s still not ready so I ask for a refund and cashier tells me to come inside to get and as I get in the the worker says your food was fine but I just threw it away because you said you wanted a refund . I said well if it was done of course I’d want the food!?! Anyways leaving with NO FOOD and 40 minutes wasted of my time .

I love ccff but the past 4 times i have been there my ccff have had way to much cheese on them don’t get me wrong that’s not a bad thing the cheesier the better but in this case it was hard to taste the fries there was so much cheese. Other than that great as usual.

I order the Moose most of the time & they are full of chicken. So fat & delicious. I definitely get full of eating it so I usually don’t order sides, but have gotten fries & onion rings at times which are really good too.

We go here quite often and always have very friendly service since they have a new owner and never have a bad meal. We wish they had more bananas though, they never have bananas when we go to get a banana split.. only complaint we have though.
