Came in with three generations of family and everyone was happy. Grown up and grandkids both. Comments on the Americana burger was better than a quarter pounder and comparable to the burger from Cook Out. The Hwy 55 sauce has a unique flavor with a bit of spicy zing. Great service from Sally the Server robot and Megan the human.

I’ve ate here three times. The first time it was good! I was excited to come back, the second time we ordered concretes and they weren’t what we asked for.. had to pull up & wait and they were still wrong. Third time I got a grilled cheese and it took 35 minutes to get to the window and my grilled cheese was on a hamburger bun like these. It was very disappointing that someone couldn’t even put the buns on right and not only that I got another concrete and they were wrong & was like melted icecream.

We we’re excited to try a new place and support area business. Unfortunately this was our first and last experience here. Our burgers were burnt, hard and inedible. There is no excuse for this, new establishment or not. ALL our family meals had to be thrown out. Waste of time and hard earned money. And considering some of the other earlier reviews, not worth the risk for us to try again.

There were at least 25 hardworking employees during our visit. Didn’t see a single one of them slow down. Zaria, our server, was prompt and attentive. Great suggestions and customer service. Good food, too. Moose chicken cheesesteak was hot and the bread was fresh. Same can be said for their burgers. Fries are thick and crispy.
