Self check out normally is a disaster but today I got helped by Michelle.T and she was awesome. She was able to multitask and help with questions along with making sure we got out of there without a hassle. Amazing food and well trained staff. Michelle T working the self check out line on Saturday June 10th was the best so far though

The kids eat free in September promotion would be a good deal if my food was edible. My wife and daughters’ food was fine (a flatbread, a wrap, and chicken tenders-hard to mess up) however my pork chops with mushroom cream sauce was nasty. The cream sauce had broken down/curdled and the corn succotash was absolutely nasty. One of those things that’s so nasty I was in disbelief and let my daughters try it, and they agreed. Looking back it was poor parenting and I hope they don’t get sick now. The manager did do the right thing and took it off my bill and offered a replacement, however my appetite was ruined. To top it off the service was poor and ridiculously slow, but that was obviously just our waitress. All of the other tables seemed to be getting good service. Dan H. Was extremely helpful and kind today. The market was very busy, and so was he! He had the whole place wiped down continuously, greeted all approaching customers and helped get anything they might need- all with his cheery attitude! I come here often and am always happy to see Dan working. You’ve got a keeper!

Family dining, great entrees for adults and kids 5 and under way free from buffet which was perfect. Ordered the firecracker shrimp and the scallops along with a spinach and artichoke pizza. All food was excellent. Half off appetizers from 4-6. Waitress was kind and even manager stopped to ask us how everything was. Experience at this location was as perfect as the honey biscuits complimentary with the meal.

Went for a quick lunch date, we were seated quickly and beverage order taken. Twenty minutes later our beverage order showed up and we ordered 2 sandwiches with fries. It took another 35 minutes for our food to arrive (there was a total of 7 tables seated in the restaurant). Food was super salty, luke warm and soggy. FYI ketchup contains red pepper that has a bit of a kick. Our beverages were never refilled. About 15 minutes after our food came out we asked another employee for our ticket, it happened to be the manager. She looked at our empty cups and plates (not eaten) and then said it was on her. Kudos for trying to make things right. Hopefully food and service improves:)

Service was HORRENDOUS. waited 20 minutes just for an app and there were 5 other tables in there. My husband’s burger was cold due to her letting it sit out. Our server sat behind the bar chatting with the other servers, and never bothered to look in our direction. We had to ask the manager for ketchup, to refill our ice tea, and had to ask her to grab our bill. Our server should have been on top of all of that, especially when she only had two other tables. She was very unenthusiastic and acted like she had a million other things she would rather be doing than her job. Luckily the managers were VERY apologetic. But they definitely need to get rid of some of their lazy staff. Until the service improves, I will not be returning.

We have been there 3 or 4 times and have been disappointed every time. Mediocre food at high prices. We were there last night. My “medium” burger was overcooked and dry. I tried a beer that I had not had before. When it came, it wasn’t close to what I expected and I thought perhaps they poured the wrong beer. The server had the manager come over and talk to me. He indicated that the beer was correct and then walked away. Most other places that charge me $8 (yes, eight dollars) for a small glass of beer that I didn’t like would offer me an alternative. Not so here. We won’t be going back.

We probably go here once every couple of weeks for dinner. It’s a nice place to take the family. There’s a good special pretty much every day of the week. Wednesday is 1/2 price wine and 1/2 price sushi. Thursday is kids eat free. They’ve got around 10 craft brews on tap – I can usually find something I like. The food menu has a nice variety of standard food items along with some more “chef-like” creations. Good portion sizes. I would definitely eat at the Market Grille over an American cuisine chain (think Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, Outback). Bonus: you can grab groceries when you’re done with dinner.

Teens wanted Chinese buffet advertised on their 3 day sale; seemed like decent idea at the time… Food was fine. Dining room area was UNACCEPTABLE; every table was dirty. Ridiculous seeing how that area is visible from Market Grille host/hostess stand & food checkout register. Several employees also walked through without a second glance. What good is paying for buffet if there is no place to sit etc? FYI it would be helpful if they updated their store page calendar as well as facebook etc with current dining specials because calling the store is ZERO HELP.

Very good food. To the point that I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think a grocery store restaurant would be anything too great, but their sushi is decent, their steaks are cooked very nicely, and their seafood is pretty good. It isn’t anything outstanding, but for what it is, it’s quite good.
