Ate here for the first time today. I had a pleasant experience. Ordered Tonkotsu ramen and a dragon roll. The ramen presentation was pleasing to the eye. You don’t feel as if ingredients are lacking. Liked the cooked pork belly, it added a texture and an enhanced flavor. The broth was good, probably an additional ingredient away from making it great. Asked for additional hot spice to spice it up, I recommend it. The sushi was above average, not bad, but missing a little more pizazz visually. Service was nice! Friendly, efficient and constantly walking around cleaning. I think this place has a niche here, I enjoyed my meal and will come back.

Great tempura shrimp five piece starter with a perfect golden batter encasing succulent shrimp. The sauce is a bit sweet, but with the addition of Sriracha HOT chili sauce becomes more suitable for the shrimp.

The ramen is okay but the vibe is more like a taqueria. Usually, my favorite ramen places have a distinct Asian ambiance but Hyshinu’s ramen had me expecting tortillas and beans with my bowl.

Hi everyone! it was so cold today Dec 20 2021, so I thought I would try some yummy hot Ramen and order a couple other items just to try out the flavor! So there’s a really good little restaurant that ya gotta try. It’s so busy there, so that’s when you know it’s gotta be good. Ok, I’m Asian so of course I’m a vegetable lover. The Vegan Ramen is soooo flavorful and each bite was a mouthful of delicious veggies. Even the ramen is veggie ramen. Wait, I got the California Rolls too, and the size of each roll were generous and the taste was scrumptious! It gets better! Oh my goodness! The steaming hot Beef Bowl was soooo delicious, reminded me of Filipino food, especially with that white rice cooked so good.YUMMY!!! Check out my photos, and maybe you’ll love it too. (My daughter ordered the Mina Rolls and the Crunchy Rolls, she scarfed them down like there was no tomorrow! I didn’t even have a chance to take photos. She said they were SUPER good!) Oh, and the price is really a deal for what you’re getting. Sh!! Not sure how long they can hold these low prices! (They should be charging more). Catch it while it’s hot!)

Ordered a Poke bowl to go. Asked for half salmon/tuna, only spicy mayo none of the Poke sauce because way too sweet and no tomatoes. I got home, the bowl was white from the amount of mayo they put, had tomatoes, and they didn’t even put a scoop of meat…waste of time and money…. only thing there that’s tasty is the ramen.

the menu was easy to order from and easy to customize. the vibe was chill inside, and they were playing great music. the design was very neat, too. the service was great. especially the lady serving all the food she was very friendly. the food was some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I added the spicy paste to mine, and it was spicy enough for me, and I love spicy. my wife can be picky about her ramen, and she loved it, too.
