The employees at this location are always phenomenal! You can tell the owner and manager take pride in excellent customer service. I’ve ordered from this location for my family since it opened years ago. I took 1 star off because their gluten free’s crust tasted like wet paper. The toppings were sliding off and the crust was floppy & wet. Not sure if they changed the crust from years ago but for the price it’s not worth it. I scraped the toppings off of a few slices and ate it but threw the rest away. I had more that 3/4 of the pizza left. It’s probably the worst gluten feee crust I’ve had in a while. My family had the regular pizza and liked it. Sadly, I won’t order gluten free from I Fratelli’s in the future because I have better options. I’m sure they’ll be fine without my gluten free orders because their regular pizza is really good from what I remember. Unfortunately, I’ve had to eat gluten free the last few years due to allergies.

I have been eating this pizza since they started with there restaurant in Irving. This is the first time this pizza has tasted different to me. I am pretty sure they have bad cheese or a new supplier. Pizza tasted totally different.

Excellent customer service and pizza! Called in to place an order, takes about 15-20 minutes. Everything looked great and was delicious thin and crispy pizza. You can definitely tell the ingredients are fresh!

The pizza was burnt AND tasted bad. It does not taste like the ingredients on the pizza. Ordered from here because I thought it would better than Papa Johns for a similar price. Boy was I wrong. I’m going back to round pizza.

The people who run this store are RUDE and arrogant. The food is terrible! It is very short of what is marginal ingredients and dangerously undercooked! They are quick to be abusive towards customers and anyone who dares to park in front of their store. Hopefully, they will go out of business SOON!

i Fratelli is always great. This location helped me out when my office’s usual location (Addison) did not have a delivery time slot open for our event (I was ordering last minute). They were kind enough to deliver outside their usual delivery radius. The food was great as always and my coworkers are always excited when we serve i Fratelli! Would highly recommend this location based on great pizza, salad, dessert, and excellent customer service.
