I normally do not leave reviews, but given that I rely so much on reviews when checking out new restaurants, and like a few other reviewers am questioning the low star rating for I Heart Mac and Cheese, and wanted to give our family’s opinion. Last night was our fourth time here and each time we have had a consistently fantastic experience. The food is awesome – the kind that warms your tummy when you are looking for something that will provide the comfort of a home-cooked meal. We especially love the Bacon Love Tomato sandwich and the tomato soup, and my kids loved the mac and cheese (and the cup of mini cookies!) In addition to all this, the service we have received each time is great – Connor and Jack went especially out of their way to bring me my food when they saw that I was struggling to wrangle my toddler last night, and we are grateful for their thoughtfulness.

I wanted to give a higher review. But it is average price for area. Food is average. Service is good, but understaffed. I loved Noodles and Co. Up north, thought this would compare, but it does not. It is not bad, but with so many choices in Naples it just doesn’t get on my short list. I feel bad, because I was so excited.

I have to say that was the best mac & cheese store-bought I’ve ever eaten. I will definitely be going back to try all the other different meals. It was very tasteful cheesy well cooked and the pasta was a nice soft al dente texture. Only thing I came across I did not enjoy at all, was the cheesecake bites they are frozen when you get them so you have to let them defrost and the outside texture is too chewy for my taste or maybe somebody else might like them. I definitely would recommend the place and I hope they open one up near my location closer to home.

The honest truth, here it is: I highly recommend this restaurant, especially this location. They are new and I’m sure still working out the kinks, but truly they are SO worth supporting! I could not even think of a single complaint. In my family we have some with gluten intolerance, some with lactose intolerance, and some with both! I can eat VERY FEW carbs. So why would we go here??? There’s something for everyone. They have grain free, Gfree, low carb, no carb, vegan… it’s great! The food was delicious and considering ALL of the options, very reasonable as far as price. No, it’s not a $3 lunch, but you get what you pay for. The portions are generous. The service was OUTSTANDING. It is OBVIOUS that the owner, Alfonso, loves his place and takes pride in it! Oh and did I mention they serve coke products? So that’s just a plus! Not only do they have the GFree meal options, but dessert too! What a great place! So family friendly!!! #fansforlife

I decided to give this place another try after an initial disappointing first visit and I’m glad I did. Last time I had the crispy chicken macaroni bowl and it was not good, the chicken was soggy little breaded chunks and the mac was dry. This time I opted for the Best of Both Worlds sandwich and it was great, definitely worth a return trip. Staff is nice and the restaurant is clean.
