Start off by saying the 2 male staff members provided excellent customer service on Saturday. Patient, kind, welcoming. We tried buffalo chicken mac, parmesan chicken mac, classic grilled cheese and buffalo bites. Mac and cheese was traditional. Classic grill cheese was traditional. The buffalo bites were not appetizing, dry. Tater tots were traditional. It would be great if they had seasoning and/or loaded with hot melted cheese. If I had to recommend something it would be what they are known for, the macaroni. Thanks for great customer service.

Very unique and fun place. Everything is based off of Mac and Cheese! I had the buffalo chicken Mac and the Chicken Parm Mac and both were great!! All and all I good experience, although the place is a little pricey for what it is. $20 for buffalo Mac + combo which includes drink and side. Is very fulfilling so maybe the price equals out.

Wonderful experience!! I got the best of both worlds combo with onions and jalapeños added and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was ver welcoming, I came for a to go order and instantly wanted to sit in and get the full experience and I’m glad I did! The staff was very friendly and more than welcoming as they made their sentiments felt by welcoming us and interacting 10 out of 10!

I ordered the Short Rib Philly. They scooped on tablespoon of meat into my Mac and cheese. They dipped on scoop of melted cheese sauce into the bowl. It’s dry pasta. I had to add my own cheese from home. This is sub par. $15 for this. Dry pasta. Macaroni and cheese should be gooey. I will not be going back.

Overall, 2 stars. Food is good. Service… Not sure what’s going on. The lady at the register seems annoyed and is rude to the workers who are teens…. Be nice … I wouldn’t appreciate this if my child was working here. They were clearly doing their best. Atmosphere… Hot! Turn on the AC. Lady at the register doesn’t seem to understand what’s going on or how to ring folks up. Cost … terrible. Please see the pic… I spent $30 for half a sandwich, basic tater tots and my son’s Mac n cheese. Definitely won’t be back here… Too many options in Hoover to get better food at better prices with much better customer service. Sorry, really wanted to like this place and this was my first and last time here . To the teens cooking the food, good job guys! I appreciate you and thank you for doing your best. ❤️

The food was fantastic! I almost ordered another grilled cheese after I finished the first one. I have to eat gluten free and they had bread for me! Even vegan cheese too, and they were so good!!!! Staff was also friendly, it was wonderful here. Will come again!
