The pizza was likable, with a second shot. It’s s real NY style pizza but their sauce isn’t very flavorful and they’re a little light on the cheese, there’s definitely room for improvement. Next time I’m in town again, I’ll try again.

First time ordering from I Love New York Pizza. I found it by Googling “what is the best pizza in Clifton Park, New York” and this was one of the places that came up. I thought I’d give it a try. I ordered the 16 inch Eggplant Rogoletto pizza with eggplant, ricotta, spinach and mozzarella $19, good value, generous size, delicious pizza, nice soft crust, plenty of toppings, friendly service. I would highly recommend this place. Their menu has an amazing selection of a speciality pizzas. They also offer appetizers, wings, calzones, salads and hot subs. All of the prices are extremely reasonable for what they offer. I will definitely be going back

Ordered a “COB”, cheese on the bottom pizza (which is not a traditional menu item but was told that they would make one for me) and a combo platter. I asked for a substitution on the combo platter (no poppers, 4 additional mozz sticks which they readily accommodated). The pizza sadly was more like a white pizza with some faint dollops of sauce on top and had a hole in one of the slices, and not hot upon delivery even though it was in a heat bag and the spot is only about 5 minutes away… the flavor was otherwise okay. I went there today and the woman at the counter was so incredibly rude to all of the customers while I was in there that I doubt I’ll be back. She even yelled at a door dash person about something that wasn’t their fault. And i didn’t see anyone be rude to her to provoke it. I’ve worked in customer service since i was 17 and you learn real quick that if one customer is rude you drop it and it’s not an excuse to be rude to everyone else. Nor is a bad day an excuse. The food was decent but I can get decent pizza somewhere else with nicer employees, especially since this woman seemed to be the manager.

Made an order through the slice app. Got the order, both my pizzas were ice cold as were the wings, the wings were dry as hell and didn’t have any sauce on them whatsoever. Made a complaint through the slice app everything was taken care of…Got a call the next morning from a “Manager” with an ENORMOUS attitude telling me she “made the pizza with her own hands and they were perfect so your complaint is invalid”
