First and last time doing business at this location. Had family in town, ordered over $85 worth of pizza and wings for delivery. I was told about 45 minutes to 1 hour. While I understand it was a large order and they were busy I waited over an hour and a half for my delivery. After contacting them to ask where my delivery was they stated it was on its way. Another half an hour went by and still did not have my order. (Apparently the delivery person got lost). I asked for a refund or at the least a substantial discount. They promised me $20 off my bill, but never refunded it. I was charged full price for a horrible meal and experience. Needless to say the pizza was Stone Cold and completely soggy by the time we finally got the order. Wings probably would have been good if they were hot. So disappointing.

Old pizza reheated dry they visited. They’re familiar relatives talking from the bar to the tables in their language and loud place was dirty. Reheat pizza took about thirty minutes

Glad I stopped in for a couple slices and a can of Coke (about$9.50 total). The slices were large. Ordered a sausage slice and pepperoni and mushroom slice. Solid pizza, no complaints. The best part is the crust. Amazing. Thin with a nice crunch to it and great taste. Some of the best I’ve had in quite some time. 1/I prefer a little more sauce on my pizza but I will definitely stop again.

I’ve ordered out from this Malta location multiple times thinking that one time I would get good made pizza and wings. Out of all I Love locations by far this is the worst. My last delivery I received today and looked and tasted like a 5 year old made the pizza. I had one boneless wing and dumped the rest in the trash!! Not your classic I Love NY quality. “VERY DISAPPOINTED”

Amazing pizza. I worked in a pizzeria in Brooklyn for 8 years. This is the closest to NY city style pizza I have had since I moved upstate… I drive around for work and eat pizza almost every day in/near Albany area.Thin, crispy, great cheese. I never write reviews but this place deserves it. Also looks family run which is always a plus.
