I got the shrimp rolls and a small pho. I’m no pho expert but the food was tasty. The small portion was more than enough for lunch. I had a little robot guy bring some of my stuff over and that was fun.

Can you say BLAND? Never had such bland soup broth before. This place has potential but someone seriously needs to show where the spice rack is. This place and I ♥️ pho on Buford hwy need to do a collaboration. Buford hwy location has awesome pho but doesn’t have filtered water this place has good water but the soup needs work. ♂️

RETURNING CUSTOMER REVIEW!! this is one of my FAVORITE places in ksaw. I was honestly shocked to see they even had a single 1 star review- but let me give you a review from someone who comes here often. first of all, you almost forget that it’s inside a mall, because it’s so much better than most grab and go mall food. they do takeout and sit down, but the service is so amazing I prefer sit down over takeout. they even have a little robot that delivers your drinks! the food is always a hit, you cannot go wrong ordering something here. everything slaps. I want them to get more business because they deserve it, even though I do enjoy the quiet peacefulness of this place. anyways, the decor is an odd choice but that’s what makes it so iconic. now do yourself a favor- go take a picture with the polar bear and order the Thai tea with boba, most definitely worth the price and it comes in a huge glass. I love pho <3

I really love pho, and this place does a nice job with the food. The location and the atmosphere is not great so most of the time I take it to go. Service here is pretty slow, so I order ahead and pick up.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and spring rolls. pay for the full amount when I came back to work only found the sandwiches no spring rolls. There is no phone number to call. Just be careful when you taking out. Always make sure they give you everything before you leave the restaurant.

I got the stir fry and my stomach has never been so upset. They were incapable of serving me a cold drink because the ice maker was broken. So they served me a hot glass of water with a dirty looking orange in it. Not room temperature but like hot water . Needless to say I will not be going back.

Got seated by host people running around like chickens with there heads cut off group seated after us was giving drinks and menus we sat there for 20 minutes never ask what drinks only told there was cold food samples on a table we could try with flys landing on it wife told the manager he said it was normal after waiting for no service we left ate in the food court not well managed at all will give it a a shot another day but today it’s 1 star service sucked
